If you've been inexplicably passing out mid-afternoon, feeling sudden waves of emotion, or sensing that reality itself is shifting—you're not imagining things. According to psychic medium and space weather researcher Alexis Robles, we're riding the tail end of solar cycle 25's peak, and the sun is literally upgrading human consciousness.

In the latest episode of Cosmic-Kind with Rion De'Rouen & Arcturus Ra, Robles breaks down what's really happening when solar flares hit, why Project Looking Glass stopped working, and what the next solar cycle means for humanity's ascension timeline. Watch the full episode for insights that connect cosmic events to your daily experience.

Alexis Robles discusses how solar cycle 25 is finally releasing its pressure on collective consciousness

Why Are Solar Flares Knocking You Unconscious?

"If you take a nap in the middle of the day at 1:30 for no reason, and you're just getting knocked out unconscious, and you wake up at 4:00, you're like, 'That was weird. I wasn't even tired.' We're getting hit with solar flares," De'Rouen explains.

Robles, who has studied space weather for over a decade as a developing psychic medium, tracks solar activity daily because it directly correlates with her energy levels and psychic sensitivity. "Every time that the solar activity gets activated, I'm either really lethargic, basically, or I'm really, really activated," she shares.

The mechanism goes deeper than mood shifts. De'Rouen points to gamma radiation from solar events: "When you are unlocking dormant DNA based upon the energy frequency of this hard light hologram or whatever you want to call it, gamma plays a huge role in unlocking the firmware updates or the biological updates inside of your body." This isn't psychological—your cells and molecular spin are literally changing based on what the sun does.

Robles notes that around M5-class flares, the intensity matches X-class events for sensitives. During yesterday's M3 flare near the Carrington Event anniversary, she passed out in the passenger seat while driving. "It feels like you're four years old and you just had a cookie and milk, and you just knock out," De'Rouen adds. "I've literally fallen asleep with a cup of coffee in my hand."

What Does Solar Cycle 25 Ending Mean for Earth?

Here's the timeline that changes everything: Solar cycle 25 peaked around 2024, and we're now entering a decline phase through 2029-2030. "Finally the pressure's coming off that I've been watching build for the last six, seven years," Robles reveals. This pressure affected "our health, on our wealth," and she's discovered the solar cycle directly connects to economic cycles.

But don't get too comfortable. Solar cycle 26 begins around 2030 and will peak again around 2035. "Anything that has survived the last solar cycle is not likely going to survive the next one," Robles states plainly. She believes this is why there's fear-mongering in spiritual and economic communities about 2029-2030—"that is the dark side's last chance."

The practical advice? "I'd recommend you start working out and keeping your bones and your muscles strong because you want to keep the body you had and the strength you had in the peak of our last solar cycle, so you can survive the peak of the next solar cycle." Robles emphasizes hydration as critical—"if you're not hydrated, you are going to allow so much more negative experiences to happen to you."

During solar peaks, "there's a lot more sunspots on the solar surface, which just causes a lot more plasma release, a lot more brightness," including increased gamma and UV radiation. Notably, many online tools tracking this data were taken offline during cycle 25's peak, and Robles reports current X-ray radiation data has gone missing again.

Is the Sun Actually What They Tell Us It Is?

The conversation ventures into territory most science educators avoid. "If you've seen those videos of the sun, it doesn't look like it's made out of nuclear bombs going off in the core. It looks like an amoeba in like a cell," De'Rouen observes. Robles agrees: "Like an ovum sometimes in my opinion."

De'Rouen's conviction is clear: "There's not nuclear bombs going on in the sun. There's something else going on. I believe it's an electric universe. I think that the sun is a doorway. I think it does go to Andromeda." This perspective reframes solar weather not as random stellar phenomena but as intentional evolutionary pressure.

"The sun is really the boss," De'Rouen emphasizes. "So if the sun wants everyone to take a nappy poo, guess what? You're going to take a nappy poo." But more significantly, he believes "the sun is consistently trying to continue keeping on track" humanity's organic growth against technological interference attempts.

The political implications surprised even De'Rouen. He connected current infrastructure decisions to space weather preparedness: "Why does Mr. T, our president, want all of the inverters and power adapters that go on power lines to be made now in America?" If a Carrington Event-level solar flare hits—like the 1859 event that melted telegraph wires—all transformers could go down simultaneously, and America currently depends on foreign manufacturing for replacements.

Robles tracks UAP activity over nuclear sites and notes that recent policy allows major companies to build energy sources on-site. "All of the nuclear works, although I guess maybe we've been approved of this particular nuclear power and energy now, and it's going to be monitored by the same group that's been monitoring the nuclear the whole time." There's an intelligence "trying to give us this energy without giving us a weapon."

The episode touches on Project Looking Glass—technology allegedly allowing glimpses into future timelines—and why it may have stopped providing clear readings. "These are cheaters and thieves that have stolen technology, and while you guys were just having a good time, took control of the financial system," De'Rouen states bluntly. But "the dark side can't fully control or predict" the sun's influence on consciousness evolution.

For those feeling the intensity of these times, both hosts offer reassurance. "This is not a game right now for little kids. Your soul is old, wise, and has been through these ascension cycles in the past," De'Rouen tells viewers. The solar activity, eclipses, and collective turbulence are all part of a 6,300-year cycle where "your reality and your dream time are going to become one."

Robles encourages tracking personal responses to solar events as biofeedback: "Don't feel bad if you're tracking the solar cycle and you're feeling unpleasant during these heightened moments. It's just a part of your cleansing process." She recommends minerals, water, sunlight, and grounding as essential practices, noting these fundamentals were never taught in her psychology or education degrees.
