Cosmic-Kind: Can Sound Frequencies Shut Off the Reptilian Brain?
Frequency scientist Sheela Rahman joins Rion De'Rouen for a mind-bending exploration of healing frequencies, gamma states, and sonic geometry.
What if the sounds around you are keeping you trapped in a lower frequency? In the latest episode of Cosmic-Kind, host Rion De'Rouen sits down with frequency scientist Sheela Rahman (Xatheria) for a consciousness-expanding conversation that moves from ancient Tartarian healing bells to classified MedBed technology—and poses one of the most provocative questions in sound healing today.

"There has not been a rap artist in the top 40 since they cut USAID funding," Rion opens, connecting dots between frequency control and cultural programming. "Sound is a technology. Sound is a tool to free you."
Roman, a music producer turned frequency scientist who studied audio engineering and produced house and techno records, brings both technical precision and esoteric wisdom to the table. "Each layer has a different resonance," she explains. "You have the emotional layer of the actual content of the words, and then you have the layer of the actual quantum harmonics—the harmonic resonances present within the ratios of the tuning system."
Why Did They Remove the Healing Bells From Our Cities?
The conversation takes a historical turn when Roman reveals research on Tartarian bells that were systematically removed during the Stalin era. "Those bells were about 100 to about 130 Hz," she shares. "They actually interviewed people before and after the bells. People said whenever they heard the bells, they went into a state of relaxation, calm, peace, happiness, joy."
After the bells were removed? "People noticed over time that their frequency became more stressed, more angry, embodying all of these lower vibratory emotions because they didn't have those bells to regulate the emotional field of the town."
The global shift to 440 Hz equal temperament in the 1940s wasn't accidental either. "The Nazi Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, was the one influencing all these shifts in every single measurement," Roman notes. The key issue isn't just the base frequency—it's the ratios. "In the equal temperament system, all of the nodes are divided by an irrational ratio. So at the core, no matter what sound music technology you're using, it's going to be incoherent."

What's the Most Powerful Frequency for Your Brain?
If you're looking for one frequency backed by the most scientific evidence, Roman has a clear answer: 40 Hz gamma. "That's the state that meditating monks, Tibetan monks, are accessing," she says. "You have a global access of unification to the highest potential frequencies."
The research is compelling. "You can go on ResearchGate or ChatGPT and type in 'Show me all of the scientific studies that were done on 40 hertz,'" Roman suggests. Studies show gamma frequencies help with Alzheimer's, dementia, memory loss, and higher cognitive functions. "You don't have to be diagnosed with Alzheimer's to say 'I want to improve my memory.'"
Roman recommends a free app called ToneGen for anyone wanting to experiment. But she emphasizes the most powerful technology is free: "Our own voice, toning pure tones. It is the most powerful and easiest way to generate a coherent and pure frequency in your body." She describes how toning brings all your cells into synchronized vibration—a state of coherence that stops you from "leaking biochemical, oxidized hormonal secretions into the ether, which is harvestable by the Loosh networks."
Rion brings up Wilhelm Reich and Royal Rife, pioneers who discovered that specific frequencies could destroy parasites and bacteria. "Each bacteria, each virus, has something called a kill note," he explains. "Similar to when an opera singer can break glass... each and every type of bacteria and parasite have a frequency that actually annihilates them." Reich's beam ray technology led to lawsuits in 1939—and both Reich and Rife faced persecution for their discoveries.

Can Binaural Beats Unlock Your Dormant DNA?
The episode's most mind-bending moment comes when Rion poses a question to the entire consciousness community: "What is the binaural beats frequency and pulse ratio to shut off the reptilian part of your human brain?"
He's dead serious. "The first thing they teach you in the secret space program, if you are going to be an advanced empath and use your telekinetic or telepathic abilities, you have to be able to shut off the reptilian part of your brain." He describes this brain structure as "a physical governor that locks you into the physical" and challenges viewers to help discover the frequency that bypasses it.
Roman has been researching this personally using a Muse gen-one EEG headset. "I've been doing these observations for years, where I'm observing what types of binaural beats and frequencies and geometries entrain me into different neurological states." In one experiment, she combined 64 Hz and 96 Hz—creating a 1.5 ratio, a perfect fifth harmonic—while viewing corresponding geometry on an oscilloscope.
Her answer to Rion's reptilian brain question? "The first layer of the answer is coherence. Coherence is exactly what they want to keep you away from. That's the main agenda down here—keep everyone in a state of decoherence. Your ultimate agenda: get into coherence."
Roman also shares an advanced hack: listening to frequencies in the 16,000-18,000 Hz range. "Initially it's going to sound like nails on a chalkboard," she admits. "But once you get used to it and start making that a normal thing for you, then you start to activate higher layers." And for tuning fork users, she offers a wild tip: "Put it against your teeth. Your teeth are the tuning forks of your whole body."
The conversation weaves through MedBed technology tiers, Hemi-Sync protocols, and the fundamental truth that Roman has built her work around: sonic geometry. "Sacred geometry as one layer, but when you take it into sonic geometry, that is the ultimate coherence because you're not just looking at a geometry, you're looking at a geometry and listening to the frequencies that are creating the geometry."
For anyone ready to take their power back through sound, this episode is essential viewing.
