Cosmic-Kind: How Dance Can Clear Energy & Shift Dimensions
Rion De'Rouen & Shauna Eva explore the spiritual power of dance—from moving trapped emotions to 'dance fighting' dark energy in Vegas nightclubs.
What if your next dance session could clear a room of heavy energy, unlock trapped emotions, and connect you directly to Source? In the latest episode of Cosmic-Kind, hosts Rion De'Rouen and Shauna Eva (also known as Arcturus Ra) take viewers on a wild ride through the spiritual dimensions of movement—from ecstatic dance floors to reptilian showdowns in Las Vegas.
"If you can operate and turn your life into a music video," Rion suggests early in the conversation, you've unlocked something powerful. But this isn't just about looking cool—it's about wielding frequency as a tool for transformation.

Can Music Really Train Your Energy Body?
Rion reveals a surprising technique: creating custom playlists for specific energy work. "I had a custom playlist for opening a stargate," he shares, describing how he'd work out to eight songs in sequence—including a dubstep remix of Magneto's theme from X-Men. The key? He only listened to these tracks during advanced grid work, never casually.
"My body goes into muscle memory. I hear that soundtrack, I instantly go into what I trained in the backyard every single night, and the whole world around me just fades away," Rion explains. He compares it to an Olympic athlete wearing headphones during their routine—the music becomes inseparable from the frequency work itself.
But Shauna brings a different flavor to energy movement. "If I were to have a special skill, I think it would be dance fighting," she laughs. What sounds playful is actually deadly serious: she describes opening her eyes on dance floors to find space cleared around her, her hands channeling light language and "plugging in columns of light" that hit the ground and clear shadow energy.
What Really Happened in That Vegas Nightclub?
The conversation takes a turn when the hosts recount a consciousness event inside the Luxor pyramid in Las Vegas three years ago. The energy? "It was like walking into a subterranean muddy slush," Shauna recalls. The music was heavy, trancy, repetitive—"you're in the goo."

So Shauna started moving energy deliberately. "I was like, 'Man, F this. I'm going to find a corner to just start doing what I need to.' This room needs to be cleared." With eyes closed, she worked for 15-20 minutes. When she finally looked around, the room had transformed—"it's like a bat mitzvah," Rion jokes. Light workers who'd been scattered and anxious had circled around them, holding hands like children at story time.
"Finally, the energetics had shifted enough that our inner child felt safe to come out," Shauna explains. In a Vegas nightclub. At a consciousness event that also involved (according to Rion) Andromedans in battle armor facing off with reptilians in the hallways. You can watch the full episode to hear that particular sidebar.
Why Does Your Body Need to Move More Than Ever Right Now?
Both hosts emphasize that movement isn't optional anymore—it's essential for processing the intensifying energies on the planet. "As the energies have gone up, I need to move every single day," Shauna notes. "It used to be four or five days a week. Now it's like every day or I feel sort of electricity in my body that needs to expel."

She connects this to Uranus moving through Gemini astrologically—"such a cerebral force and an electric force" that can feel like surges or even electroshock therapy if not grounded through movement. "If it's not able to expel or move that through the body or ground it in some form of movement or ceremony or ritual, it can be deeply uncomfortable."
Rion adds a practical tip many won't expect: lie to yourself to get to the gym. "I literally just say, 'I'm just going to go steam.' I'm not going to work out. I literally lie to myself." Once there, the body takes over and delivers an amazing workout. "Your mind will lie to you and tell you, 'You're weak, just sleep.' Your mind is so lazy."
The conversation weaves through topics like the three tiers of third-eye vision, why inner child work is more powerful than any higher self, and how Lemurian culture used dance as the primary language for channeling divine information. "Before there was really words and expression, they would channel the divine," Shauna explains. "Dancers and musicians, that was the way of channeling the divine."
As Rion puts it simply: "Staying in a positive mood, putting some good music on, and dancing, whenever you're having a tough day." For these two consciousness explorers, it's not just self-care—it's spiritual warfare, energy architecture, and a direct line to Source.
