Cosmic-Kind: Mount Shasta Mission & The Interdimensional Veil That Nearly Trapped Four Hikers

Rion and Arcturus Ra recount their harrowing 2010 Mount Shasta expedition: purple skies, Sasquatch tracks, angelic singing, and three days lost between dimensions.

When the sky turns purple and the tree line vanishes, you're no longer on Earth — at least not the Earth most people know. That's the hard-earned wisdom Rion De'Rouen and Commander Horus-Ra (Arcturus Ra) share in the latest mind-bending episode of Cosmic-Kind, recounting a 2010 Mount Shasta expedition that landed them on the front page of local newspapers as four missing hikers who disappeared for three days.

"We saw Sasquatch footprints coming out of nowhere, in the snow, ending into nowhere," Arcturus Ra explains in the episode. "Thirty feet where the footprints begin — as in, I'm coming from this dimension, now I'm physical here, and I'm leaving here." The tracks led them directly to a stone pillar marking what they believe was an interdimensional gateway.

Rion and Arcturus Ra discuss the purple sky phenomenon and electromagnetic disorientation

What Happens When You Walk Between Dimensions?

The expedition began with what seemed like poor planning: Arcturus Ra flew nine hours from Berlin, drove nine more hours from LAX to Shasta, slept four hours, then ascended the mountain. But what unfolded wasn't exhaustion — it was something far stranger. "The sky gradually, while we are clearing stargates, turns purple," he recalls. "I lost the tree line. My brain was like... I have no orientation because electromagnetically, I'm not linked to Earth anymore."

Rion adds texture to the disorientation: "When Rion talks with me, sometimes I hear him like, 'Ra, Ra, Ra.' It's like echoing, and I'm like, 'It's getting really weird.'" The ground became wobbly. Reality itself seemed negotiable. They discovered what appeared to be ancient ruins — "physical buildings and temple structures built in the mountain" — and an old causeway that "looked like Roman concrete" leading to the summit.

Then came the night on the cliff. "We tethered off to the wall so we wouldn't slip off the cliff, and that whole night for as long as it was dark out, we just heard angelic singing," Rion describes. "That's all I can tell you, is singing." Meanwhile, they witnessed what they describe as an interstellar airport. "It looked like an international airport, like you guys go to LAX and you see planes coming in," Rion says. "It was like that all night long."

How Did They Survive — And Return Unscathed?

Search and rescue deployed four helicopters. Rangers couldn't locate them. "They didn't see us because we weren't on this planet," Arcturus Ra states flatly. "We weren't there." One ranger mentioned that the year before, twelve people went missing with no trace — no camping gear, no clothing, nothing. "Some stay in the other realm and don't come back," he notes.

When they finally emerged, authorities tried to hand them a $10,000-per-person rescue bill. But the duo refused help — they were fine. "We didn't require any help because we had also extraterrestrial assistance up there, ships, higher selves working with us," Arcturus Ra explains. In fact, Rion witnessed Arcturus Ra's higher self — "a 15-foot dude" — performing energetic repairs during the night. Despite brutal conditions, Arcturus Ra returned home expecting blisters and soreness: "I had nothing. Not a blister, nothing. No, not a scratch on my body."

The hosts explain dimensional thin spots and sentinel activation

What Are the Protocols for Paranormal Expeditions?

This isn't a thrill-seeker's guide. Both men are emphatic: approximately 80% of people they've taken on such expeditions experience psychological breakdowns. "I've seen grown men, ex-military guys that I've done missions with, I've seen these guys just get terrified beyond belief," Rion shares. "What happens when bullets don't work?"

Their core protocols center on humility and service. "Hi, I'm just here to be of service. Let me know how I can be of assistance," Rion explains as the approach that kept him safe everywhere from Mount Shasta to Bolivia's Tiahuanaco. "It was never, 'I'm just here because I got questions.'" Arcturus Ra emphasizes respect for territorial boundaries: "Do not enter some other being's backyard just because you're curious with a camera."

They recommend that most visitors stick to established areas like Panther Meadows, never hike alone, and bring someone with developed intuition. "If you're not chosen, you can't even make it to Mount Shasta," Arcturus Ra says, noting people with ill intent have had their cars break down en route. The conversation extends to Sedona's own thin spots — Boynton Canyon, Secret Canyon, the back areas of Bradshaw Ranch — where similar dimensional bleed-through occurs.

For those ready to activate dormant abilities and work with interdimensional phenomena, the complete episode offers invaluable field-tested wisdom from two practitioners who've walked between worlds and returned to tell the tale — complete with newspaper clippings to prove it.
