Divine Alignment Day One: Lily Nova Reveals DNA Activation and Starseed Origins

The room fell silent as Lily Nova opened her presentation at Divine Alignment with a simple confession: "My presentation might be a little bit more out there." What followed was anything but simple—a journey through UFO contact, multidimensional DNA, and the profound activation techniques that transformed her from a burned-out corporate nutritionist into one of the contact community's most compelling voices.

"I began having contact back in 2020," Nova told the Sedona audience. "I was shooting space photography. I was a nutritionist at the time... That kind of fell through. I didn't work very well in corporate." Her escape from the toxic office environment during COVID lockdowns led her to the stars—and a diamond-shaped craft hovering just houses away. "After that, these beings and spaceships started appearing left and right," she explained. "These beings started communicating with me... One of the main things that they started talking to me about was DNA."

What Makes Human DNA So Special?

Nova's core teaching challenges mainstream science's dismissal of 95-97% of our DNA as "junk." "When does nature make anything that does not have a purpose?" she asked. "My belief and what I've come to understand is that this DNA is actually multidimensional, and we're functioning on a very tiny bit of our DNA." She connected this to brain capacity: "We're also only functioning on about 5% of our brain power... Imagine what we could do if we went up to 100%, even 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. I think that's actively what's occurring through the awakening."

The heart of her presentation explored what she calls the starseed lineage embedded in human genetics. "We have at least 22 different extraterrestrial genetics within our DNA," Nova revealed, walking through contributions from Arcturians ("advanced consciousness, wisdom keepers, engineers of light"), Sirians ("ancient teachers, masters of water and sound"), Pleiadians ("healers and empaths... very heart-centered"), Lyrans ("the original seeders... fierce creators"), and Andromedans ("freedom seekers, visionaries of possibility"). "Essentially we're all hybrids. That's what the human race is," she said.

How Do You Actually Activate Your DNA?

Nova offered concrete practices developed during her year of intensive inner work. She shared a powerful success story: "There's this woman who I've been doing readings for for years... I just did a reading for her, I think about two months ago. And I was blown away by her shift in energy. Before she felt very kind of like hard, intimidating. And when I got on a call with her, she was like amplifying light... I asked her what she was doing. She's like, 'I've been visualizing working with my DNA every single day.'"

Her techniques include setting clear intentions ("You're giving the universe a bullseye for what you want"), calling upon your Akashic records ("Everything that we need or want is already within us"), and a daily mantra she used for months: "Dear selves, give to me what it is I need from my Akashic records, whether that be healing, new gifts and abilities, wisdom to help me on my journey, confidence, strength, whatever I need to fulfill my highest potential."

Nova emphasized the Sun's role in DNA activation, citing research showing measurable changes in heart rate variability and brain activity during solar flares. "We are now in the most active solar period in two decades," she noted. "The Sun is not just giving you light, it is writing your epigenetic code... Your nervous system is not being disrupted. It is being prepared. Work with this energy and it works with you."

She also taught a simple five-minute bedtime visualization practice: "Instead of stressing out about your alarm or what you have to do tomorrow, visualize whatever it is you desire to have for yourself. Just spend five minutes doing that before you go to bed. Try it out for a week or two. I promise you'll start noticing results... Your brain doesn't know the difference between making it up in your head and actually experiencing it."

What Happens When We Remember Who We Are?

Nova painted an inspiring vision of activated humanity: "You are not becoming, you are remembering." She outlined possibilities including "advanced emotional control with the dominating emotions of love and compassion," "direct access to the divine, universal consciousness, and the Akashic Records," "the ability to self-heal and heal others with light, sound, and vibrations," "psychic abilities and communication, including telepathy, clairvoyance, remote viewing," and even "superhuman abilities and gifts."

But she also addressed the obstacles—genetic manipulation that shortened human lifespans, a "worship gene" causing us to give away our power, and systems designed to keep us stuck in survival mode. "The root chakra is the energy center responsible for survival, security, and safety. If humans are stuck in their root chakra in survival mode, they are unable to entertain seeking higher knowledge and soul growth," she explained. Her solution: methodical chakra work from the root up, spending at least a week on each energy center.

A recurring theme was the power—and responsibility—of belief. "The only thing that can limit you is believing that you are limited," Nova stated. She recounted a recent message from light beings she calls "the pixies" who told her: "Stop believing that" when her mind automatically went to fear. "My mind was automatically going to something bad and they were telling me that... by automatically going to something bad and believing something bad is trying to mess with you, you literally create that very thing."

As her talk concluded and the sound bath began, the room's energy had palpably shifted—participants visibly more relaxed, some with eyes closed already dropping into meditative states, the earlier afternoon tension replaced by openness and possibility.
