You understand who you are. It's easy for you to go out and be in the universe... But when you come back in this physical body, you go, hmm, how am I supposed to move and act?"

Her solution centers on the soul-heart matrix—"the interface of recorded memories, experience that you have in your physical body, right into your cellular matrix." "Fear is like a heavy veil that paralyzes all of your senses," Chauvet explained, "and feelings of disconnect from the very essence of your being to all these multidimensional and interdimensional interfaces that co-exist within you are no longer in synchronization."

The activation worked to restore that synchronization, helping participants experience themselves as "an anchor point of light on this planet" capable of receiving "the next level of the lighter frequencies, the refined frequencies coming also from the great central sun."
