Asara Adams Channels the Itara: Love as Jet Fuel for Humanity's Ascension
Trance channeler Asara Adams shares her near-death experience, encounters with galactic beings, and brings through the Itara collective with urgent guidance for starseeds.
There's a particular quality to the way Asara Adams holds space—calm, grounded, matter-of-fact about the extraordinary. Sitting across from Aurora Luna Star on The Up Vibe, she speaks about drowning at 14, meeting four extraterrestrial beings in her Florida bedroom, and watching a silver sphere disappear into Mount Shasta as though these are simply chapters in a life dedicated to service. And perhaps that's the point: for Adams, the mystical is the everyday.

What shapes a trance channel?
Adams didn't choose this path—it chose her, twice. First at 14, when a classmate held her underwater at a community pool. "I screamed to God, 'I did everything I could. It's up to you now,'" she recalls. A column of light pulled her up into a mist filled with loving beings. She didn't know she had died. When they asked if she wanted to stay or return, she simply said she wanted to go home to her parents.
She woke to someone performing CPR, her body cold, her perception forever altered. "I could see the emotional body of everyone I encountered," Adams explains. "I could see and feel what they were going through." The gift was overwhelming. Adults grew upset when she spoke what she saw. So she shut down, became quiet, and eventually ran as far from the spiritual as possible—into banking, then real estate investment.
But spirit was patient. A presence in her house grew insistent. A psychic told her, "You're supposed to see this yourself." When Adams finally surrendered, her grandfather appeared—the one who had died the day she was born. His message was direct: "This little real estate business is cute, but it's not what you're supposed to be doing."
How did the galactic contact begin?
Even after opening to angels and ascended masters, Adams remained skeptical of galactic beings. "I thought that's a little out there," she admits with a laugh. "Aren't they just in movies?" Then she started hearing strange sounds when falling asleep—metal stretching, beeping, jolts through her body. A friend connected her to a woman in Las Vegas who asked for her address and said, "Don't move for 30 minutes."
What happened next reads like science fiction but felt, Adams insists, utterly real. Her dogs went wild as if an old friend had arrived. She lay on her bed feeling relaxed, almost sleepy. Then four beings appeared in her room, tall as the ceiling, with large eyes and radiating pure love. "I couldn't move my arms or legs," she says. "Maybe to calm me down, because inside I was freaking out." One being came close, looked into her eyes—"like a grandmother hug"—and scanned her. Then they vanished.

The Las Vegas woman called back before Adams could speak. "They have a question for you." Would she work with galactic beings to help humanity? Any answer was right. She could say no and go about her life. "Before I knew it, I said yes," Adams recalls. "Deep inside there was such a recognition." A flood of memories opened—memories of galactic connection she didn't know she carried.
Three more encounters followed. Healing. Removal of what Adams calls "screens" placed by society to keep us disconnected. Then, after moving to Mount Shasta, she saw a silver sphere hovering above her one night. A voice said, "Look up." The ship flew silently toward the mountain and disappeared inside it, as though there were no physical barrier. "That was confirmation for me that there's a galactic hub within the mountain," she says.
That's when the Itara—the Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light—began working through her. For over 20 years, she has channeled this collective, helping thousands through her Galactic Light Bridge community to understand their starseed origins and navigate what the Itara calls humanity's most critical moment.
What did the Itara say we need now?
When Adams enters trance, the shift is palpable even through a screen. Her breath changes. Her voice softens and slows. The Itara speaks through her with the plural "we," describing themselves as "aspects from your future who came back to assist you in this now moment."
Their teaching is urgent but tender. "Humanity has reached critical mass," they say. "Just as an airplane is gaining speed, this is the most delicate of stages." The guidance: hyper-focus on love and peace. "That is your jet fuel. That is your driving force."

Aurora asks about people struggling to connect with these frequencies—those with mortgages, families, lives in the density. The Itara's answer is practical: "Start with what you are focusing on. What do you give power to?" Humanity is conditioned to look at circumstances first, then decide how to feel. "Refocus toward the source within you," they counsel. "This loving creator is always holding you in love."
Begin small, they say. Love things first—the sky, the sun, the rain, a tree—because there are fewer stories around objects. "I love that. I love that." Exercise the heart. Widen your capacity. Then offer kindness, time, wisdom. "The giving comes first. The receiving comes multiplied later. Giving 10, receiving 100."
When Adams returns to her body, Aurora is visibly moved. "That was the most perfect medicine for what is needed on the planet right now," she says. Adams, back in her gentle groundedness, simply nods. The work continues. The Galactic Light Bridge offers a free starseed awakening guide for those feeling like the black sheep, the ones walking around wondering why they feel so different.
"It's interesting when we can come together and openly share in a safe container," Adams reflects. The Itara's guidance isn't abstract—it's a hands-on approach, practical steps for creating new results, for grounding extraordinary experiences into everyday reality. For building, as the humankind community knows, a better world together.
