Who Are the Voices Behind This Cosmic Dialogue?

Jaclyn Joy, known affectionately as Astrologer Babe, didn't plan on the nickname—it was coined by a friend during COVID times while running a movement for the unvaccinated. "She researched the Instagram handle. Astrology Babe was already taken, so I became Astrology Babe," Jaclyn laughs. But the moniker stuck, and so did her path. Astrology had always been in the background—her mom had a book lying around—but it wasn't until she moved to Maui eight years ago and discovered the work of David Palmer that everything clicked. "He kind of blew the lid off of what I thought I knew about myself and what I was actually passionate about," she shares. Now she brings astrology not as lecture, but as lived experience, tracking planetary cycles against her own psychic sensitivity and the unfolding collective story.

Adria Estribou fell in love with meditation at 18. "It was like experiencing what love was for the first time and then getting it quenched right then," she recalls. "Water and thirst happening at the same moment." She went off to India, lived in ashrams, and got high on consciousness when most people her age were getting high on other things. That devotion to the inner world never left. Today, she channels angels Raphael and Ariel, and her show YOU, UNLIMITED is about how to live in 5D—not as theory, but as "day in the life stories from living 5D." She's quick to admit she's often the test case: "I'm in the front row. As the angels are teaching, I'm learning it... and then I'm like, 'Okay, I've got to do this now because you've got to walk the walk.'"

What Does It Mean to Live in 5D—and Is Earth Already There?

Adria offers one of the clearest distinctions between 3D and 5D you're likely to hear. "3D is very based on time, units of time, planning, and things are measured," she explains. "And then there's the polarity—hot, cold, famous, infamous, whatever you can find on a spectrum that has an opposite." She paints a picture: Fred Flintstone's car, where you think the vehicle should be taking you, but you're actually doing all the work with your feet. "That's like the 3D way of living. It's really broken, it's really slow, it's hard."

5D, by contrast, is hang gliding. "There's certain winds, and you know you'll get to your big goals or your small goals pretty soon, usually sooner than you would've in 3D. But you also got to ride the energy right now, and it's a co-creation. You're not efforting at all. You're just kind of gliding on the prevailing wind of the moment."

When Jaclyn asks if Earth has already shifted, Adria doesn't hesitate. "I felt so palpably the Earth shift to 5D... It was, to me, undeniable." She places the shift around the solstice turning into early 2026. But here's the key: it's a choice point, not a judgment. "From the angelic perspective, it's about half of humanity right now for each," she says. Half choosing to rise into new frequencies, half staying in the known territory of 3D. And the angels? They hold no hierarchy about it. "It's a limited time only, 3D on Earth. Won't be here a few generations from now. Make use of it while you can."

What Do the Planets Say About This Moment?

Jaclyn brings the grounding language of the sky. "At the top of 2026, we had two or three major planets move into different signs," she explains. "Saturn and Neptune moved into the sign of Aries... it's a brand-new beginning." Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, and when slow-moving outer planets shift into new signs—especially new elements—it changes how we experience reality in the collective.

She goes deeper: "Pluto moved into the sign of Aquarius, which has everything to do with unpredictability." Uranus, ruler of Aquarius, governs electricity and cataclysmic environmental events. "We've been having tons of earthquakes... big hurricanes in the Pacific with El Niño, and no hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. That's really unusual." Jaclyn tracks these patterns not just intellectually, but somatically—she feels the shifts, watches them play out in her life and the world, and uses astrology as a symbolic map for what's already moving through us.

"I distinctly remember the day that [the Saturn-Pluto conjunction] happened," she says of early 2020. "It was a shift in feeling like something big was coming." Now, with Pluto in Aquarius for the next 20 years, she sees humanity being transmuted "through the destruction of these Plutonian times... it's going to be very alien, it's going to be galactic, it's going to be fast, exciting, unpredictable."

Adria lights up at this. "That's what it feels like."

What Is Galactic DNA—and Are We Part Dragon?

One of the most striking threads in this conversation is Adria's work with the 12 strands of galactic DNA. She channels angels who teach that humans are made up of 12 different galactic genetic strains—Angelic, Pleiadian, Sirian, Dragon, Reptilian, Aboriginal Australian, and a being called Tara, among others. Her book, Activate Your Galactic 12 Strand DNA, came through in six months of weekly workshops where the angels channeled directly, and participants asked questions in real time.

"I can't tell you how many times I say Dragon DNA to someone, and they say, 'Oh, that makes sense,'" Adria shares. "I expect people to get freaked out, but they're saying, 'Oh, that makes sense.' Because so many of us are having dreams about dragons, or we're starting to see them in the mountain ranges."

Even the reptilian strand gets reframed. "There are moments when we want to have a strong backbone, and we want to be able to dive in and protect a young child," Adria says. The angels always give the upside. Jaclyn shares that in a recent session with galactic guide facilitator Jerome Martin, a reptilian guide told her she needed to get her body stronger—a very reptilian perspective. "It's been fun laughing with my friends. I'm like, 'This is so not what I was thinking my path and journey was going to...' But anyway, here we are."

What emerges is a vision of humanity far richer and stranger than we've been taught. "We're unlearning all of that," Adria says, "because we're it. Boy, are there a lot of galaxies watching us like, 'What's going to happen?' as humans start to recognize what they are."

What Practical Advice Do They Offer for Anyone Just Waking Up?

Toward the end, host Sheela asks for practical tips for those just coming online. Adria's answer is immediate: "Trust yourself. It's new to all of us... So you're not behind if you just woke up today. And things are accelerated, so you can catch up tomorrow to someone else you think has got it all figured out." She emphasizes that the knowledge isn't outside of you. "Tune into your heart, ask yourself, 'What do I know about this?' And start there, because you do know."

Jaclyn adds that the signs are already there—synchronicity, numerology, animals, music. "The beings that love us, they know the way in which you're able to receive that line of communication." She reassures: "You're not crazy for seeing the signs. It's really there to help all of us. So if you're awake, congratulations. Welcome to the wild ride."

Both women embody a rare combination: deep mystical experience and total groundedness. They don't perform enlightenment—they share the fumbling, the humor, the vulnerability of living at the edge of the known. Adria talks about channeling angels who then tell her to publish books that sound "pretty nuts." Jaclyn admits she's "astrologer, babe, and also, I don't know." They're shedding titles, opening to new creative layers, and inviting everyone else to do the same.
