Cosmic-Kind: Rion DeRouen and Arcturus Ra on Mastering the Art of Manifestation

Two self-described galactic warriors teach manifestation beyond The Secret—from finding your flow state to becoming an anchor being who stabilizes reality itself.

In a galactic origin story that sounds like science fiction—complete with moon bases, Draco reptilians, and volunteer warriors from Orion—two hosts calling themselves Rion DeRouen and Arcturus Ra delivered a surprisingly grounded teaching on manifestation. But this wasn't The Secret rehashed. It was manifestation as martial art, creative discipline, and reality stabilization.

"Everybody wants to know, how is this manifestation?" Rion begins, citing Dr. Bruce Lipton. "The great thing is this. It's not the teaching that is at fault, it's you not bringing it into your subconscious." The teaching that follows weaves practical psychology with metaphysical cosmology, personal anecdotes with references to J.R.R. Tolkien and Bruce Lee.

Rion DeRouen and Arcturus Ra open Cosmic-Kind with their signature cinematic flair

Who Are These Self-Described Galactic Warriors?

The event opens with a dramatic narrative: a galactic council convening to address Earth's darkness, ancient royal families sending their "greatest warriors and healers" to incarnate between 1945 and 1999. Among them: "Rion of Orion" and "Arcturus Ra." It's mythology as identity, and the hosts inhabit it fully.

But what emerges in the transcript is something more textured than cosplay. Rion describes himself as someone who can "make jewelry, PEMF devices, Keshe engines" and "modulate frequencies." He references his "rapper days," his time gridding Ireland, his music production. Arcturus Ra speaks with military precision about discipline: "We're so disciplined sometimes that other people would look at us and go, you guys have been working 15 hours straight."

Their teaching method is conversational, improvisational. They interrupt each other, riff, download in real-time. "You know when Bashar goes and just... so it's kind of... I got to download," Rion says mid-thought. Arcturus responds: "Stand by. Coming in hot." It's a room—or in this case, a stream—held with humor, intensity, and what they call "the flow."

What Actually Happened in This Manifestation Deep-Dive?

The session is less lecture than layered conversation, circling back to core themes: subconscious programming, environmental cleanliness, the zone, detailed work, and what they call "vector nodes." Watch the full teaching here to catch the rhythm of how they build.

Rion offers the 21-day practice: "I am rich, I am wealthy, I have everything I need, the universe delivers everything I need at the time when I need it. There's nothing missing." He emphasizes repetition until "synapses will form" and you bypass the "egoic filter." But he's equally insistent on physical order: "When your house or your environment is out of whack, so is your mind... some people got leftover fast food in the back seat, that is a representation of your mind."

The hosts discuss flow states and creative discipline as manifestation tools

Arcturus Ra focuses on inspiration's unpredictability: "You don't know when that lightning in a bottle is going to strike. It could be at 6:30 in the morning and you wake up with a pen and paper." He describes athletes in the zone—"I just saw myself doing the trick over and over and over again in my mind"—and extends it: "If every single human being could find their passion on this planet... and find how to extend that moment into the zone... you are the savants, you are the geniuses, you are the divine in the flesh."

Rion shares his unusual flow-state technique: playing Tetris and Super Mario to "prime my brain with problem solving and cognizance in the present moment." He explains that "starseeds that are ungrounded cannot play Tetris, period." After gaming, scrolling, letting his mind drift, something clicks: "Then I get busy... nobody can actually mess with you, you reach this unobtainium level."

What Teachings and Moments Stand Out?

The hosts don't just talk about creative manifestation—they model it. Rion describes creating a song called "Eridu" by translating 6,000-year-old Sumerian prayers. "I don't know where I'm processing from," he admits, "but when you release yourself from this timeline... listen to your soul, listen to your body, listen to your DNA."

They reference J.R.R. Tolkien extensively. Rion recounts visiting the tree in Ireland where Tolkien channeled Lord of the Rings, located above an ancient buried city that causes a "20% frequency jump." Arcturus adds: "He sat there under that tree and channeled those stories. And he's probably talking about the 4th, the 5th age, the 6th age... the 7th creation of man." The elven language, they note, was scanned and deemed "an authentic language construct."

Arcturus Ra emphasizes becoming an 'anchor being' to stabilize reality

Then the teaching takes a metaphysical turn. Arcturus introduces the concept of "vector nodes": "As you anchor in manifestation in purpose, you're becoming a power seed... you become an anchor being. Everybody has a chance to become one." Rion clarifies: "You create a vector node that stabilizes the grid... if you weren't here, the whole thing would shake even more." They compare it to wheel weights that stop a car from wobbling.

The hosts also address resistance. "There are other manifestors out there that wish to keep you asleep," Arcturus warns. "You're going to feel a pushback." He recommends: "I do not serve anyone on this earth or above except for source, period... every single time I'm in a dream sequence and I have some sort of artificial men in black type character show up... I just go, this is a direct violation of my free will."

Throughout, they return to the practical: detailed work, discipline, environment, purpose. "If you don't have that dialed in, guess what, you're not going to make it," Rion says. But also: "Go with the flow of your body... find that balance and peace because that balance and peace is where it makes creation effortless. Like water."

The session ends with an invitation to "manifest peace on earth, manifest the end of these wars, manifest better health for yourself and for your family." And a final reminder from Rion: "Start creating. Scribble in your book, write down the craziest stuff... there's something in you that wishes to express itself. If you don't work it, it's going to rebel."
