Frequency Friday: A Journey Through Gratitude, Ancestral Song, and BioCharger Meditation
Gentle Thunder brings channeled healing and ancestral music to Sidha Quantum Consciousness's weekly ceremony blending BioCharger technology with sound journey.
There's a particular quality of silence that settles over a room when technology meets ancient practice. At Sidha Quantum Consciousness, that convergence happens every Friday night, where a device pulsing with electromagnetic frequencies holds space alongside voices that have carried healing for generations.
The ceremony opens with Mark's explanation of what participants are about to experience: five-plus years of weekly gatherings built around the BioCharger, a device emitting pulse magnetics and Tesla coil frequencies loaded with what he calls "spiritual recipes." Tonight's selection: Abundance. "We're taking that energy, reflecting it back to the universe with our collective intention," he explains, as the group prepares for fifteen minutes of guided meditation punctuated by vowel sounds from the Phoenician alphabet—toning designed to support respiratory fitness and vagal tone.

What Does It Mean to Channel Ancestral Medicine?
Before the journey begins, Gentle Thunder introduces herself—not just with a name, but with lineage. "My spirit name is Gentle Thunder. My lineage is Diné, also Chinese, both on my father's side," she shares. "My clan, we're the Two Waters Meat Clan. My ancestors are from these lands here." What follows is a teaching in consent and presence: she explains that everything participants will experience is channeled, welcoming "my ancestors and my guides, my guardians, benevolent beings, maybe perhaps a council of light."
Her orientation to the space is generous and specific. She warns that her voice may seem to come from different places in the room—"that is my entourage coming in to work with me." She normalizes purging: yawning, burping, crying, even falling asleep. "If you do, even better, because then your journey from your mind to your heart is not so long." She carries medicine lineages and past-life memory as a high priestess and medicine man, and she creates what she calls "a safe container" where judgment dissolves and the body is invited to move however it needs.
Why Gratitude as the Harvest Moon Rises?
Sarah, guiding the evening's intention, frames the practice within cosmic timing: a full moon in Aries, the harvest moon. "It's a really beautiful time, I believe, to meditate on gratitudes," she offers. She shares a simple teaching learned years ago: "An antidote to anxiety is to help list your gratitudes." The invitation becomes specific: "May we celebrate what we do have to be grateful for, what we already are abundant in, our prosperity of being, and what we're harvesting at this time."

After the BioCharger meditation—fifteen minutes of "Oom," "Ah," "Eh," vibrating through the collective body—the room transitions. Phones go to airplane mode. Bodies settle onto mats. Gentle Thunder acknowledges "the spirits of this sacred land, the guardians, the sacred ceremonial grounds known as Sedona," before inviting participants to "welcome in your spirit guides and helpers, your ancestors. Any colors of light. Whomever or whatever you pray to, whatever your belief is."
What Moves Through a Voice That Isn't Only Yours?
The sound journey unfolds in waves. Crystal bowls shimmer. Drums anchor. And then Gentle Thunder's voice rises in what sounds like Lakota prayer: "Shante wash te ho chi la la ki yes, di ma. Ah ne be ke wash te. We oh hi he." The room fills with syllables that carry memory, rhythm, earth. Later, an affirmation emerges, sung as mantra: "I release control and surrender to the flow of love that will heal me."

The closing is as intentional as the opening. Gentle Thunder guides participants back: "Thanking our ancestors, our guardians, our guides, our spirit helpers, all benevolent beings of love and light that came into this space to journey with you tonight." She asks the spiritual beings to return "back to the spiritual abodes from where they came," then offers gratitude in Hawaiian and Lakota: "Mahalo nui loa ke kua, mahalo nui loa a ma kua. Oho me taku asan to all our relations."
What remains in the room after the final "It is done" is the residue of what happens when people gather with clear intention, ancestral support, and technology designed to amplify the electromagnetic field of healing. Frequency Friday doesn't promise transcendence—it offers a container where gratitude becomes practice, where sound carries medicine, and where the act of showing up is, itself, the harvest.
