Frequency Friday: When the Light Wins Through Song and Silence
Sarah and Miguel guide a profound journey through BioCharger meditation and multi-cultural sound healing, anchoring peace during challenging times.
Some gatherings hold space for challenge. Others insist, through every note and breath, that the light has already won. This Frequency Friday did both.
Hosted by Sarah at Sedona Quantum Consciousness, the evening unfolded as a response to collective stress—floods had devastated the community, and the room gathered with a singular intention: "to reduce the stress and chaos that is currently here and to call in calm and peace and send it out to those in need." All donations would go toward flood relief. But before any of that could happen, someone needed to coax the BioCharger into cooperating.

What Does It Mean to Hold the Room When Technology Resists?
"It likes Mark's finger," Sarah laughed, trying to activate the BioCharger's Relax Calm recipe. The device wouldn't respond. She tried again. Nothing. "Let's just choose another one. Does anyone have another one that they would like to do?" Finally, she turned to John: "Can I borrow your finger? I want it back." His fingerprint worked. The room erupted in laughter.
"So part of tonight is laughter," Sarah said, leaning into the moment, "so feel free to laugh. Take some deep breaths in this moment. This is part of our stress reduction activity is just like let go of perfection."
That surrender—letting go of how things are supposed to be—set the tone for everything that followed. Sarah led the group through vocal toning, a practice designed to "get out of your head, to stop the mental chatter, and to get into the body and into the present moment." The sounds began: Ohmmm. Ahhhh. Ehhhh. Simple. Embodied. A way to begin together.

How Does a 24-Year Sedona Resident Move Energy Through Sound?
After the BioCharger meditation, Miguel took the room deeper. A Sedona resident for 24 years, he's woven music into every offering he holds—spiritual tours, land healings, sound baths. "Whatever it is that I'm doing," he shared, "there's music. There's always music that I bring to every experience."

But this wasn't background ambiance. Miguel described his approach as a journey: "some being very earthy, powerful, rhythmic, and then moving toward the lighter and airier toward the latter part of the evening, so you can just move through the challenging stuff early on and maybe move some of that energy... and then opening the heart and really rising into the area and the higher dimensional aspects."
He began by calling in the four directions, their spirit guardians and animals. "We honor above and below and within our hearts, the seventh point," he intoned. Then came the instruments: native flutes, harmonium with Sanskrit chants (Raghupati Raghav, Raja Ram), the Kundalini mantra Ra Ma Da Sa, and I Am decrees from the Ascended Master teachings. "I am the violet flame in action in me now," he sang. "I am the light of God shining every hour."
The room breathed together. "Letting go of any stress or heaviness you've been carrying," Miguel invited. "Giving yourself permission to be free, to allow a sound to come through. This is your time."
What Does Victory Sound Like?
Miguel closed with an original song called "The Light Has Won." "Although it may not appear to be that way sometimes," he said, "the light has truly won. We have stepped into a whole new era, and we are anchoring this ascended Earth."

The lyrics rang out: "Great I am, eternal friend. Through your light, all darkness ends... Hallelujah, the light has won. Hallelujah, a new Earth is born." It was both declaration and invitation. "Millions of children of infinite light reclaim their divine rights," he sang. "To choose and create what we emanate, the vision of our new world."
When the final notes faded, Miguel offered a benediction: "There is no one more powerful than your God self, your inner God/Goddess presence, the mighty I Am. And your choice to anchor that presence while in this form not only anchors light and truth and bliss and peace on this planet, it also earns you your eternal victory as a mighty ascended master."
He closed simply: "The I Am in me salutes the I Am in you. Aho, amen, ashe. And so it is."
The room answered: "Aho."
