JJ & Desiree Hurtak on Disclosure: From 1952 Washington Flotillas to Today's Triangle Crafts
The authors of The Keys of Enoch trace UAP disclosure from Churchill's 1944 cover-up through three Congressional hearings, revealing triangular crafts, underwater bases, and interdimensional contact.
When JJ and Desiree Hurtak opened their exploration of UAP disclosure, they came bearing decades of credentials most researchers can only imagine: remote sensing experience, government connections spanning continents, and a 1973 text—The Keys of Enoch—that predicted 2004 would mark "a watershed of events that will change the scientific understanding of where we are with cosmic intelligence." That year, the now-famous Tic Tac encounter occurred off San Diego, launching what the Hurtaks call the true beginning of disclosure.

"We're social scientists, we're futurists," JJ Hurtak began, his delivery steady and encyclopedic. "I in particular have worked behind the scenes in remote sensing, remote viewing." What followed was a masterclass in connecting dots across 80 years of suppressed information—from Winston Churchill ordering a UFO cover-up in 1944 to Representative Anna Paulina Luna asking witnesses in 2024 whether interdimensional beings disappear when people pray.
What Did Three Congressional Hearings Actually Reveal?
The Hurtaks structured their presentation around three pivotal Congressional hearings that brought UAP testimony into official record. The first, in July 2023, featured David Grush, Commander David Fravor (Tic Tac witness), and former Navy pilot Ryan Graves. "These sightings are not rare or isolated. They are routine," Graves testified, describing a dark gray cube inside a clear sphere that came within 50 feet of his F-18 off Virginia Beach in 2014.
The second hearing in November 2024 brought Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Lou Elizondo, and journalist Michael Shellenberger before Congress. Desiree Hurtak noted that Alan Steinfeld, founder of New Realities, attended in person—visible in footage sitting behind attorney Danny Sheehan. But it was Representative Luna's questioning that pierced through: "To your knowledge, have any USOs ever outpaced our submarines?" Admiral Gallaudet's answer: "Yes, ma'am... by orders of magnitude."
The September 2025 hearing brought testimony from Jeffrey Nuttitelli, a former Air Force military police officer at Vandenberg Air Force Base. His account was chilling in its specificity: "A massive, triangular craft, larger than a football field, hovered silently for about 45 seconds over their entry control point before shooting away at impossible speed." Active-duty Navy Senior Chief Alexandra Wiggins described four self-luminous Tic Tac-shaped objects emerging from the ocean off Southern California in 2023, disappearing "with high synchronized near-instantaneous acceleration."

Why Does 1952 Matter as Much as 2004?
The Hurtaks dedicated significant attention to the July 1952 Washington, D.C. incidents—when objects appeared on radar over the Capitol across multiple weekends. "What's not mentioned, and even ufologists do not know this story except the very, very few," JJ revealed, "is that the government had actually mental sensitives. We will call them psychics in contact with the navigators of this flotilla of ships."
This claim—that psychic communication occurred with the intelligences piloting the craft—connects to what the Hurtaks see as the deeper layer of disclosure: consciousness itself as the interface. "The human mind is hardwired for higher levels of telepathic communication," JJ stated. "There is a pre-physical language system as well as a musical language system built into our human anatomy."
They traced this lineage through President Truman's formation of Majestic-12 in 1952, showing declassified documents with signatures they personally verified. The group included Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, Vannevar Bush, and Nathan Twining—"the cream of the cream," as Desiree described them. From there, the thread runs through Jimmy Carter's 1969 Georgia sighting, Ronald Reagan's 1974 encounter over Bakersfield (witnessed by friends including "Meg Glenn" at a fundraiser), and Gordon Cooper's 1951 observation of a flotilla over Europe—"Russians were also paralleling his jet plane," the Hurtaks noted.

What Are the Spiritual Dimensions of Contact?
Perhaps most striking was Representative Luna's sixth question during the 2024 hearing: "Do any of you ever come across reports from people that claim to have firsthand experiences with these entities... and then as a result, whether or not they are religious, find that these things automatically disappear?" The question acknowledged what the Hurtaks have taught for decades—that spiritual practice affects contact.

"Spiritual thoughts or religious vibrations have something to do with contact as well as the avoidance of contact," JJ explained. "The use of sacred mantrams or spiritual expressions of energy used positively can avoid certain situations of negative contact. Why? Because it's all about consciousness."
This framework helps explain testimony from Dan Burisch, a microbiologist the Hurtaks know personally, who described telepathic communication with a living extraterrestrial at Area 51. "He's projecting his thoughts," Desiree explained, showing an illustration of Burisch in protective gear. "All this just went right into his brain... We call it telethought communication." The being, suffering from neuropathy, was seeking human biological understanding—"He could fly here, but they couldn't help their species without us."
The Hurtaks also presented their 1973 documentation of pyramidal structures on Mars from Mariner 9 data—"a perfect grid of major and minor pyramids"—connecting to Betty and Barney Hill's star map (indicating Zeta Reticuli) and their own research suggesting our "local system" includes Alpha Centauri, Sirius, Arcturus, and the Pleiades. "We are certainly not alone," JJ stated simply.
Their presentation wove together physicist Eric Davis's May 2025 confirmation of "four types of ETs—greys, nordics, reptilians, and insectoids" with Robert Lazar's claims about gravity propulsion (Project Galileo), energy beam weapons (Project Sidekick), and temporal viewing technology (Project Looking Glass). They validated Lazar's account through testimony from Conor Ryan (pseudonym for Derek Hennessey), an Area 51 sentry who described "seven tubes with bodies of extraterrestrial biological entities."
The through-line of the Hurtaks' teaching is that disclosure isn't simply about admitting crafts exist—it's about recognizing we're in what JJ called "a many-in-one universe," where fifth-dimensional beings "come down into the third dimension to make themselves manifest," often in craft that are "mind-steered." Representative Luna's questions about good and bad intelligences resonated: "There are positive ones that can feed you information," Desiree acknowledged. "There's negative ones, positive ones, negative ones. You have to use that higher consciousness to work on what you're connecting with."
For those tracking disclosure, the Hurtaks offer something rare: a framework that holds space for both nuts-and-bolts evidence (radar data, pilot testimony, Congressional records) and the metaphysical implications (consciousness, interdimensional reality, spiritual protection). They've worked with astronaut Gordon Cooper on Doomsday Conspiracy, investigated European incidents firsthand while teaching at technical universities in Poland, and interviewed Jamie Maussan—"the Walter Cronkite of Latin America"—about sightings the English-language press ignored.
"This is not going to go away," JJ stated near the presentation's end, his tone both matter-of-fact and urgent. The evidence he and Desiree compiled—spanning Churchill's 1944 suppression order, Truman's Majestic-12, the 1952 Washington flotilla with psychic contact, the 2004 Tic Tac predicted in The Keys of Enoch, and three years of Congressional hearings—suggests we're in an "orientation period with unidentified cosmic intelligence."
Stream the complete session to follow their frame-by-frame analysis of Navy footage, hear clips from Jamie Maussan's programs on European airport incidents, and explore their connections between ancient texts, Mars archaeology, and current military encounters with craft that "outpace anything NATO can put in the air."
