The pattern intensified after a pivotal experience in Brazil, where he married into a Brazilian family. On a remote farm in Goiás state, he encountered what he describes as a Nordic craft at 3 a.m. "I put my hands out to it. And when I touched the ship, my hair went up. I had a metallic taste in my mouth. I closed my eyes, I opened up my eyes, and I ended up back in the farm, but I could still see my footprints coming back."

That encounter changed everything. After returning to Tampa near MacDill Air Force Base, he began witnessing egg-shaped craft landing and taking off. Then came the white van. "A person in a camel suit, no insignias, nothing. They told me, 'Hey, come over here.'" He was taken to a white room and interrogated about Brazil. "We know what happened to you. We know what happened in Brazil, and we want you to tell me everything."

But JP also describes a second faction reaching out—what he calls "white hats" who asked him to document craft and share the information with Dr. Salla. The photographs he shared during his talk show triangular craft with visible propulsion systems, some taken as recently as 2017-2018.

What Are the Missions JP Describes?

The heart of JP's testimony involves what he calls "the arks"—dormant structures in oceans and at specific land sites around the world. He describes being taken via Black Hawk helicopter to Navy platforms with elevators descending to these locations. "These arks are in Brazil, in a place in Brazil, Caldas Novas," he explained. "Maybe this war that's happening with Russia in the Oleshky Sands, they probably have an ark there."

He was also taken to domes containing "different plant species that are not with us right now"—vegetation facilities accessed via egg-shaped craft piloted by a being "that looked from India with Indian attire." The missions, he suggests, are caught between competing agendas: some factions want the arks to remain dormant, others want them activated.

One of his most striking accounts involves a 2018 Orlando encounter. A craft the size of the venue landed in a residential area. A Nordic being emerged—"crew cut, military jumpsuit uniform, blue eyes, alpha male looking, chest puffed up"—and asked JP in English if he wanted to board the ship. "I felt a peace, similar to what I felt in Brazil. I felt my hair going up... It was like a feeling if it was angelic or something."

JP declined, sensing surveillance from a white car parked nearby. The being "smirks," performs a military about-face, and departs. "While he was flying up, I took the picture of the ship, and you can see the reflections of the trees on the bottom of the ship. It was like a clear, metallic color."

How Does JP Hold the Spiritual and Tactical Together?

What distinguishes JP's presentation is his refusal to separate the spiritual from the operational. "I do serve the King of kings, and I want everybody to understand that. I won't deny that," he told the room. Yet he also insists the church must expand its framework: "There's going to be a lot of shocking information that's going to shock the Christian world."

He speaks of telepathic communication as technology—"a frequency similar to what other agencies have that can penetrate into your brain"—suggesting Nordics may use implants in their neck area. He anticipates this technology becoming available to civilians "probably by a bracelet" that transmits feeling and thought.

Throughout, JP emphasized unity and disclosure. "Right now, we need to be together. We need to move together at once to bring this information out." He expressed support for the current administration's transparency efforts and anticipated major revelations: "Wait till more information comes out from what they found under the pyramid. People are going to be shocked."

Joined briefly on stage by fellow SSP witness Tony Rodriguez, JP acknowledged the challenge of condensing years of experience into one hour. "It's just so much information, guys," he said.
