Origin Point with Jayse: Why the CLARITY Act's Defeat May Be XRP's Biggest Win
Jayse breaks down the crypto war playing out in Congress, the SEC's tokenization exemption, and why regulatory gridlock could trigger an overnight XRP revaluation.
When the Senate voted down cloture on the CLARITY Act—falling just one or two votes short—it looked like a blow to the crypto industry. But Jayse, host of Origin Point, sees something else unfolding: a chess game playing out on multiple levels, and a timeline where regulatory gridlock might actually be the catalyst that launches XRP into a category of its own.
In his latest deep-dive session, Jayse unpacks the political war over crypto regulation, the SEC's sudden pivot to tokenization, and why the very thing that seems like defeat could be divine timing for those paying attention.

What Happened with the CLARITY Act—and What's Happening Behind the Scenes?
"Every single Democrat on the left voted no against it," Jayse explains, walking through the cloture vote that would have moved the CLARITY Act forward to a full Senate vote. "You can make your own conclusions as to the money that is supporting those people and the banks... desperately being afraid of what is going on right now."
But here's where it gets interesting. Even before the vote, the SEC and CFTC were already drafting backup plans. "They knew that it was going to happen," Jayse says. "This whole CLARITY thing is really just a smokescreen and a psyop within itself... they're playing 5D chess."
Within days of the failed vote, SEC Chair announced a five-year innovation exemption for tokenized securities—a move that allows blockchain platforms to list and trade real tokenized stocks with full shareholder rights, 24/7. "For too long, regulatory uncertainty has prevented responsible yet critical innovation from taking root in the United States," the announcement read.
And then came the bombshell: NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange will begin 23-hour trading, five days a week, starting December 6th.
Why Is Tokenization the Next Trillion-Dollar Wave?
Jayse calls tokenization "the number one major narrative" coming in crypto. Imagine the entire stock market running on blockchain. No more 9-to-5 trading windows. No more holding stocks through third parties like Fidelity or BlackRock. Instead: private custody in your own crypto wallet, the ability to own fractions of shares for as little as $10, and the freedom to spend Tesla or Apple stock directly at the grocery store.
"Anything of value in the world, I believe in the next 10 years we're going to see this, will be represented on the blockchain, one-to-one, backed by the real-world asset," he says. Stocks, gold, silver, real estate, concert tickets, even cars—all tokenized, all liquid, all accessible 24/7.

This isn't speculation. The SEC just greenlighted it. The stock exchanges are already expanding hours. "They know what's coming," Jayse says. "This is the tip of the iceberg."
And because tokenization is about money itself—not just information like the dot-com era—Jayse believes it will bring the biggest return on investment of any crypto sector. "Crypto is doing for money what the internet did for information."
Could XRP's Legal Clarity Be the Ultimate Advantage?
Here's where Jayse's thesis gets bold. While a dozen cryptocurrencies have been declared commodities by regulators, only one has a federal court ruling affirming that status: XRP. "That is very different than the head of the agency just saying, 'We're going to choose to regulate it this way,'" Jayse explains. "If next presidential term somebody else gets in... they can easily just go, 'Actually, we're going to roll back all the freedoms.' It would not impact XRP in the same way."
If the CLARITY Act continues to stall and the broader crypto industry remains in legal limbo, institutional money could have only one clear path forward. "What happens if every other crypto is not able to function within the government laws and XRP can?" Jayse asks. "What happens if all of that liquidity... gets funneled into XRP as the one crypto with full legal clarity that can't be taken away?"
Watch the full session to hear Jayse break down the liquidity shock theory, market cap mechanics, and why so many in the conscious community are feeling called to XRP specifically.

Jayse also dives into the Jeffrey Epstein files, the difference between Bitcoin and XRP as bridge assets versus replacement currencies, and why he sees this moment as a "spiritual IQ test"—one that requires both intuition and action, feminine receptivity and masculine will.
"We're not here to just sit around and watch TV and just be an NPC," he says. "We're here to be an expression of God consciousness and enact God's will the best way that we see fit for us as individuals."
Whether you're new to crypto or deep in the weeds, Origin Point offers a rare blend: financial analysis grounded in energetic discernment, and market strategy rooted in spiritual clarity.
