Who Is the Man Connecting Black Budget Programs to Blockchain?

Jayse—founder of Conscious Crypto Academy and the Cosmic Origins YouTube channel—doesn't fit the typical financial educator mold. Born in Southern California's Inland Empire, he entered Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to study aerospace engineering, fascinated by flight, space, and what exists beyond this world. But college became something else entirely: an initiation into the hidden machinery of power.

"I had a professor who was the father of the F-22 fighter jet," Jayse recalls in the episode. "He would play conspiracy theory videos and sit in the back of the room kind of smirking." The professor kept five black rocks on his desk—commemorations of classified 1970s projects he still couldn't discuss. As president of the school's Aerospace Society, Jayse liaised with Vandenberg Air Force Base, watching classified rockets launch payloads "the size of school buses" for the mysterious National Reconnaissance Office. "Something's happening out there," he realized. "They're building something."

But the synchronicities pulling him toward truth were stronger than the gravitational pull of a six-figure defense contractor job. Psychedelics opened portals. A near-death experience on medicine showed him that "death is actually a transcendence that feels amazing." By his fifth year, jaded and certain, he dropped out before graduating. "I took my own life into my own hands," he says, embodying the Fool card—leaping without a net.

What Makes This Crypto Show Different From All the Others?

After a year living in a van with his now-wife Alexis, Jayse landed in Sedona in January 2020—just before the lockdowns. Surviving on stimulus checks and searching for his mission, he kept encountering something that repelled him: Bitcoin. "It just always gave me an icky vibe," he admits. "It felt like the next generation of the NWO financial system."

Then someone told him about XRP. The price? Seventeen cents. For Jayse, 17 had become his primary synchronicity number—the universe's way of saying pay attention. How Does Blockchain Flip the Pyramid Upside Down?

Jayse doesn't mince words about the current system. "Dating back thousands of years, maybe even longer, to at least what we would call the Babylonian money magic system, the whole financial system has been created essentially to enslave us." Money isn't inherently bad, he clarifies—"it's just an extension of our energy"—but for millennia, especially since the Federal Reserve's 1913 creation, it's been weaponized by the 0.1%.

Blockchain changes everything. With a private crypto wallet—a small device that acts as a sovereign gateway to decentralized currency—no government, bank, or corporation can freeze your funds. Jayse points to the Canadian trucker protests: when the government shut down bank accounts, PayPals, even Coinbase accounts, the only way protesters could receive remote support was through private wallets. "If you do not have the freedom to transact freely," he says, quoting XRP's creator David Schwartz, "all of your freedoms are out the window."
