When Galactic Heritage Meets Trauma: A Scientist's Journey Through Near-Death to Somatic Healing

Brooke Grove bridges neuroscience and star lineage wisdom in a groundbreaking presentation on post-traumatic growth for sensitives and starseeds.

When Galactic Heritage Meets Trauma: A Scientist's Journey Through Near-Death to Somatic HealingWatch the replay on humankind

When Brooke Grove came back from a three-day near-death experience—guided by the same three angels she'd communed with as a traumatized child—she could suddenly see the quantum field draped over everything like a living tapestry. The clinical psychology PhD candidate thought the hospital had given her "really good drugs." But you can't medicate someone whose liver has failed. What she was seeing was energy itself.

In a densely packed presentation that moves with the intensity of someone who has lived every word, Grove delivered what she calls "The Somatics and Energetics of Multidimensional Post-Traumatic Growth"—a framework for starseeds, sensitives, and trauma survivors that refuses to separate science from spirit, or nervous system hygiene from galactic lineage.

Brooke Grove bridges clinical psychology and multidimensional healing

How Does a Scientist Become a Pleiadian Channel?

Grove's biography reads like a spiritual thriller. Born intuitive and highly sensitive, she was ridiculed by her Roman Catholic family who called her gifts "witchcraft." Severe childhood neglect and six years of sexual abuse followed. She shut down her connection to angels, crystals, and the natural world—and funneled everything into becoming a therapist.

At 23, she was placed in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward immediately after Katrina. "I had been trained in a clinical setting... but that's not what I was using. I was using my intuition to heal those kids. I was using my frequency. I just wasn't aware of it yet." Without energetic boundaries, she became what she now recognizes as a Pleiadian trait: an empathic sponge. The compounded trauma—her own childhood wounds layered with the collective devastation she absorbed—eventually externalized as autoimmune disease.

By 2010, her organs failed one by one. Lungs, kidneys, then medication took her liver. A traumatic brain injury from falling sent her into a coma with a 1% chance of survival. She was read her last rites, strapped down with PICC lines in both sides of her brain. Then came the three angels—and a realm of "the most beautiful place" she'd ever known.

"When I came into the body, catapulted from the most beautiful place back in, it was very, very distressing," she shares. But something had permanently shifted. "I was seeing the quantum field. I was seeing energy." Colors and light changed in relationship to emotion. Over the next seven to ten years of what she describes as "pervasive suicidality"—common for near-death experiencers—she realized some of her guides "operate at a different frequency." That's when she became aware of her Pleiadian nature.

"Unfortunately, this deeply challenged everything I believed as a scientist. And that compounded the dark night of the soul."

Grove presents the nervous system activation cycle and trauma responses

What Happens When Galactic Trauma Activates in a 3D Body?

The heart of Grove's work lives in a radical thesis: "Much of the operating of the starseed nervous system comes from our galactic experiences and or traumas, which may manifest as dysregulation, hypersensitivity or pathology here and now." Something that happened in a galactic lineage, she explains, can be activated by something overheard in the news today.

She maps this with neuroscience precision—polyvagal theory, the dorsal/sympathetic/ventral states, neuroinflammation as the body's protective response. Then she takes it multidimensional. "For starseeds, we're unique because this goes beyond minds, bodies, time, space, incarnations, universes, and dimensions." The quality of relationships that psychology traditionally examines in the child-parent dyad must expand to include "entities, false light, programs within the multitudes that make us."

The presentation moves quickly through slides on complex trauma vs. PTSD, high activation states during solar flares, the difference between interoception (inner awareness) and exteroception (environmental sensitivity). Grove is unapologetic about the science: "Starseeds must be fully and consistently grounded and embodied to serve. Internal and external traumatic distortions must first be cleared." She calls people just awakening to multidimensional reality "spirit babies," holding reverence for how overwhelming the activation can be.

"You can't be psychically attacked unless you're first psychically disturbed," she teaches, explaining how dropping into rage over something minor—say, stubbing a toe—opens portals to ancestral PTSD and gives "psychic permission" to low-frequency energies. Why Is Unconditional Self-Love the Gateway Medicine?

Grove's Pleiadian guides have spent 15 years teaching her one core truth: "I can't serve love and I can't pray for love and I can't want to co-create love if I'm not in love with my own life, with my own personhood, with my own psyche. And that doesn't mean just the good yummy parts. That means all of it."

This isn't Instagram affirmation culture. Grove distinguishes sharply between life force energy (marked by unconditional love) and trauma energy (marked by fear). "The primary difference between the two is the presence of unmetabolized fear that will instantaneously transmute life force energy into trauma energy." She illustrates with the stubbed toe metaphor: meet it with curiosity and care, it stays benign. Drop into ancestral rage, and you've activated a trauma portal.

Teaching the relationship between trauma energy and life force energy

"Emotions are energy in motion. They are holy, divine messengers, and all they want to do is be validated, welcomed, felt, and released." Unused mobilization—the activated fight/flight/freeze responses we suppress to keep moving through our day—gets stored in the body. "Every time you suppress that desire to fight or freeze and just keep moving through your day, that activation is now seated in your system."

For Pleiadians in particular, Grove sees a devastating pattern: "We have this great capacity to love and love and love. But there is this detriment on our human side for many of us where we don't know how to receive it ourselves." They'll give until their light dims, attracting narcissists and energy vampires, creating trauma bonds—all while their lower chakras overflow with unprocessed karmic debris.

Grove's own recent lung failure brought this home viscerally. When severe asthma dropped her vibration so low she couldn't see her guides for the first time in 15 years, she was heartbroken. "As someone who once prayed that I wouldn't have to see them because it was so overwhelming, I was heartbroken when I couldn't see them." The answer wasn't more meditation—it was clearing the unused mobilization stored in her physical body, raising her frequency through movement, voice, art, and radical self-compassion.

In the Q&A, she shared a powerful recent example: fainting while reaching for her nebulizer, falling face-first into a glass table covered with crystals, waking up with her front teeth gone. "The human comes in and it's like, what spirit? Why are we still going through all this brutality?" But then came the Pleiadian transmission: "They're just teeth. It'll make a damn good story later." The practice was to let her higher self witness her lower self "being messy" without rushing to fix or bypass. "What if the shadow is the prayer? What if the mess is the prayer?"

The coherence Grove teaches isn't about perfection. It's about humility, about developing "a love language with the entire body," about recognizing that "trauma can be one of your great teachers if you treat it with love, which is the Pleiadian way." She walked away from her PhD candidacy when her prestigious program pathologized her NDE integration as potentially schizoaffective. Now she offers something the old paradigm cannot: a framework where galactic heritage, somatic experiencing, and unconditional love form the foundation for post-traumatic growth.

"The greatest love you can give our awakening world is that which you give yourself," Grove concludes. For starseeds carrying multidimensional trauma while trying to serve from 5D frequency, that's not a platitude—it's the prerequisite.
