Two Podcasters Explore Astrology Origins, 5D Living, and Galactic DNA

When two mystics meet for the first time, the conversation doesn't stay small for long. Adria Estrabou—angel channel and host of You Unlimited—and Jacqueline Joy, the self-proclaimed "Astrologer Babe" behind Astrology Unfiltered, sat down for the on humankind — Podcast Experience! to unpack the cosmic shifts reshaping our world. What emerged was a deeply human dialogue about surrender, awakening, and what it means to live on a planet that just flipped frequencies.

Who Are the Voices Behind These Weekly Podcasts?

Jacqueline Joy didn't plan to become the "Astrologer Babe." The moniker came from a friend during COVID times, when she was helping launch a dating platform for the unvaccinated. "She researched the Instagram handle," Jacqueline laughed. "Astrology Babe was already taken. So I became Astrologer Babe." But astrology had always been in the background—her mother kept a book lying around, and years later, after moving to Maui, she discovered the work of David Palmer (the Leo King) and everything clicked. "He kind of blew the lid off of what I thought I knew about myself and what I was actually passionate about."

Adria's path was quieter, but no less radical. She fell in love with meditation at 18. "It was like experiencing what love was for the first time, and then getting it right then," she said. "Or water and thirst happening at the same moment." She went to India, lived in ashrams, got high on consciousness while her peers got high on other things. Now she channels angels—Raphael, Ariel, Gabriel—and teaches people how to live in what she calls 5D: a frequency of presence, fluidity, and co-creation that's suddenly available to half of humanity.

What Does It Mean That Earth Just Shifted to 5D?

"I felt so palpably the Earth shift to 5D," Adria said, describing a moment around the solstice at the end of 2025 or start of 2026. "It was, to me, undeniable, and I'm looking around like, 'Why isn't everyone talking about this?'" From the angelic perspective, Earth is now holding a higher frequency—but humans get to choose whether to ride that wave. "About half of humanity right now" is opting into this new timeline, she said, while the other half is choosing to stay in 3D.

She described 3D as the Flintstones car: "You think this car should be taking you, but you're actually doing all this doership, all this work." In contrast, 5D is hang gliding. "You're not efforting at all, you're just gliding on the prevailing wind of the moment." It's not about planning or control—it's about presence, trust, and letting the energy move you.

Jacqueline confirmed the shift from her astrological lens. At the start of 2026, Saturn and Neptune moved into Aries—the first sign of the zodiac, a brand-new beginning. Pluto moved into Aquarius, "which has everything to do with unpredictability," she said. "Uranus is the ruler of electricity, and maybe even cataclysmic environmental events." She's been tracking the earthquakes, the unusual hurricane patterns, the signs that the Earth itself is reorganizing. "When you study astrology, you start to see these patterns that happen or unfold in our reality."

Can You Really Activate 12 Strands of Galactic DNA?

Midway through their conversation, Adria dropped a bombshell: she's just published a book called Activate Your Galactic 12 Strand DNA, channeled entirely through her weekly angel-led workshops on Zoom. "The angels started using this terminology about our galactic DNA," she said, still sounding a little amazed. "And then they said that angels are one of our 12 strands of galactic DNA."

According to Raphael and Ariel, we've heard that maybe only 2% of our DNA is online. The other 98%? Twelve different galactic strains of genetics: Angelic, Pleiadian, Sirian, Aboriginal Australian, Tara (the multi-armed goddess), Dragon, and Reptilian, among others. "I can't tell you how many times I say 'dragon DNA' to someone, and they say, 'Oh, that makes sense,'" Adria laughed. "Because so many of us are having dreams about dragons."

Watch the full conversation as Adria explains how the reptilian strand gives us our backbone and protective instinct, and why the angels are "so positive" about every aspect of human genetics—even the parts we've been taught to fear.

What's the One Practice for People Just Waking Up?

At the end of their conversation, both women offered the same advice: trust yourself. "It's new to all of us," Adria said. "Even though I've been meditating since I was 18, the frequencies on Earth and all of this is very new. So you're not behind if you just woke up today." She emphasized that things are accelerated now—you can catch up almost instantly. "It's not about hierarchy or putting the knowledge outside of yourself. Tune into your heart. What do I know about this?"

Jacqueline echoed that trust extends to the signs. "Synchronicity, numerology, animals in nature, music—your ancestors and guides know the way in which you're able to receive that line of communication." She reassures her friends constantly: "No, you're not crazy for seeing the signs. It's really there to help all of us."

The conversation also touched on Jerome Martin's alien channeling work, the astro-cartography lines predicting Earth events, and why so many astrologers are suddenly becoming DJs and musicians—"not to attach ourselves to these titles anymore." Jacqueline summed it up: "If you just woke up, congratulations. Welcome to the wild ride."
