What happens when you bio-locate two months into the future during a Yankees game, write yourself a note to prove it, and then live the moment again? For Robert Gardner, a Sedona local with a catalog of extraordinary encounters, this wasn't a dream—it was Tuesday.

In a Reality Shift episode that bends conventional understanding of what's possible, host Tyler Kiwala invites Gardner to share experiences that span reptilian encounters, underground government operations, spirit animal communication, and the mechanics of human consciousness as a portal system.

Tyler Kiwala welcomes Robert Gardner to explore the edges of reality

Who Is Robert Gardner—And Why Do Light Beings Keep Showing Up?

Gardner didn't set out to become a chronicler of the impossible. Originally from New Jersey, he was pulled to Arizona eleven years ago after navigating profound darkness—addiction in his family, suicidal ideation, a life that felt like it was closing in. "I was contemplating how I can kill myself in the least painful way," he shares with startling honesty. "Now I am healed. I am happy. I've raised my vibration. I let all the shit go."

His healing journey brought him to Sedona four years ago, and the red rocks seemed to activate something dormant. "Once I started coming here in 2015, I've had experiences every year," Gardner explains. "It used to be years apart, starting when I was really young... paranormal things, ghosts, UFOs, time travel, archangels, so many other things."

But Gardner's encounters go back further. At three years old, he remembers searching his backyard for landing prints from a craft. Lying in bed as a child, he felt a claircognizant knowing: "I know I'm being watched... I knew that life is a test."

Kiwala, who has built Reality Shift around exploring consciousness from every angle, recognizes in Gardner someone who never shut off that childhood awareness. "The more I meet people along my journey, the more I realize that everyone has a piece of the puzzle," Kiwala says. "And today's guest is one of those people."

What Happens When Your Mother Sees a Reptilian in a Military Uniform?

One of Gardner's most striking accounts doesn't even belong to him—it's his mother's. Around 2007 or 2008, she returned home from work, having forgotten her pocketbook. Walking back into her bedroom, she encountered a six-foot-tall reptilian being in a green military uniform with green scales and a belt. "She said it hit a button right here and then just disappeared," Gardner recounts.

The military uniform detail is crucial. "We don't typically hear that when we hear reptilians discussed," Kiwala notes. Gardner has since heard from another source about reptilians using belt devices to phase between densities—possibly "density belts" that allow interdimensional travel.

Gardner shares the story of his mother's reptilian encounter

What makes the account even more compelling: Gardner's mother was already "very awake," as he puts it, someone who'd seen ghosts since childhood. Yet she blocked out the reptilian encounter for years. "It wasn't until maybe I was coming here and visiting and having more experiences where it triggered her memory," Gardner reveals.

He speculates the being may have been a healer. "Especially from hybrid reptilian and Arcturian races... they're the healers," he suggests. The encounter challenges the fear-based narratives around reptilians: "That doesn't mean all reptilians are bad."

How Do You Time Travel With Just Your Pineal Gland?

The Yankees game story is where Reality Shift earns its name. In 2011, Gardner fell asleep watching a game. When he woke, highlights were playing: the Yankees had scored 22 runs—the most ever in Yankee Stadium history—with three grand slams, the only game in Major League history where one team hit three.

The number 22 is a master number that had been following Gardner. "I had a note in my phone... of anything significant 22 that has happened to me," he explains. So he added this game to his list and went back to sleep.

Two months later, same spot, same setup. He woke to the identical broadcast. "They were saying that 'The Yankees scored 22 runs, and it's the most runs they ever scored in Yankee Stadium.' And I'm like, 'Now they should be saying, "And they did it two months ago, too. Isn't that crazy? Now they did it again."' But they didn't say that."

He checked the Yankees website. Only one game that season with 22 runs. Then he remembered: "I wrote it in my notes... And so when I checked my notes, it was there. The note was in my phone."

He had bio-located—physically traveled with his phone two months into the future. Days later, his son mentioned he'd attended that game with Gardner's stepfather (who passed the following year). The convergence was impossible to dismiss.

Watch the full conversation to hear Gardner's explanation of how the pineal gland functions as our organic "flux capacitor," and why the shadow government builds technological devices like Project Looking Glass to mimic what we can do naturally.

Exploring the pineal gland as a natural stargate and time machine

"The pineal gland... is a stargate, a time machine. It's omnipotent. It can do anything," Gardner explains. He was in a hypnagogic state—falling asleep and waking—when it happened. "Our flux capacitor is the pineal gland. And it releases DMT, and somehow that contributes to what we're experiencing, whether it's in dream state or in bio-locating."

Kiwala adds a critical insight: "Project Looking Glass, the Looking Glass chair is said to be a device that is built to mimic what the pineal gland can do... the dark side needs to do that because in order to achieve time travel organically, you have to have the purest intentions."

What's Really Happening in Underground Bases?

Gardner's proximity to shadow government operations comes through someone very close to him who worked in underground bases worldwide. "I knew them for many years before they even told a word to me because they're very loyal to the government," Gardner says carefully.

The revelations: "Our government is working with extraterrestrials, many different species. Some say, oh, 22 species. It's countless. There's no number. There's new species every day."

This collaboration produces technologies beyond public imagination. Gardner's source worked directly with anti-gravity systems installed in helicopters and other craft—but always used partially, never fully, to keep the secret. "They wouldn't make it fully anti-gravity because then the secrets would be revealed as they're flying over. So they'll use partial... They'll turn the combustion engine on and kind of fake it."

Teleportation? Real. Levitation? Confirmed. And here's where it gets esoteric: "The government has trained people through the Aborigines and some other tribes... to train their assets who work for them to do these paranormal things." Indigenous wisdom as military training protocol.

Gardner's source was even invited into Telos, the rumored Lemurian civilization under Mount Shasta. "According to him, it's real, and he was invited. Unfortunately, he turned it down... His management recommended that he didn't."

Why Spirit Animals Prepare You for ET Contact

For Gardner, communicating with wild animals isn't a party trick—it's training. "Connecting with animals... is a preparation for contact, for extraterrestrial contact," he learned on retreats with contact facilitator Bridget Nielsen. "They're not speaking any language that we speak, but you still learn how to communicate with love and no fear."

He's touched scorpions, picked up rattlesnakes, let tarantulas crawl on him. "Every single animal, no matter what it is, an insect, a spider, they're not out to get you. They're just creatures that are trying to make their way just like you are, and they all want love, too."

The key is absolute presence and zero fear. "When you are able to drop that fear 100%, then you can pick up a rattlesnake, and it won't try to bite you."

In one instance, Gardner saved a tarantula from a tarantula hawk wasp—a parasitic insect that paralyzes spiders and lays eggs inside them. "I just couldn't let that happen on my watch," he says. He kept the spider for weeks, then released it. Small acts of reverence for life, witnessed by whoever—or whatever—is watching.

What Does It Take to Step Into These Abilities?

Gardner's message throughout the Reality Shift conversation is consistent: you already have these capacities. "People who are watching this, they don't have to just be in the audience always. They can do all these things. They can have all these same experiences."

The requirements? Healing. Presence. Decalcifying the pineal gland (no fluoride, meditation practices). Letting go of expectations. "Really having no expectations is the best because if you expect, you might be too specific. You don't want to be too specific because maybe something greater can happen."

When Kiwala asks how people know they need to heal, Gardner is direct: "You have to make a priority of yourself. You have to love—that's loving yourself. I didn't love myself over 10 years ago. And the more you love yourself, then you make a priority of healing yourself."

He recommends retreats, conferences, daily meditation, and singing bowls. But most of all: stillness. "You have to just set aside time for yourself just to be. Turn the TV off, turn the music off, just be with your thoughts. That's when answers come to you."

Einstein got his equations this way, Gardner notes—in meditative states. "Once you lower that stress and get rid of that anxiety, that's when you are now connected more directly to source and your guides, and you can get communication, you can get ideas and solve problems. Have breakthroughs."

Kiwala adds his own hard-won wisdom about releasing the five-year plan, shared by a psychic who asked him: "You know how many opportunities you can cut yourself off from by planning ahead five years?... What do you have to do next?" When Kiwala answered he needed to clean his garage, she said: "Go home and do that. Clean out your garage, and then the next step will present itself."

Gardner sees UFOs weekly in Sedona's skies. He's witnessed light beings in the woods—candlelight flames with orange auras, hovering at fixed heights, weaving through trees in perfect sync before vanishing. "They do things that just are totally unexplainable no matter who you talk to."

But the deeper teaching isn't about chasing phenomena. It's about becoming present enough to recognize we're already in it—the test, the show, the spiritual war, the grand awakening. "I knew that I was being watched, and I knew that life is a test," Gardner remembers knowing at age three. Decades later, after darkness and healing and time-traveling Yankees games, he's still here. Still present. Still passing.
