Your Body Knows Before the Sun Hits: Inside the Resonance Report with Alexis Rose

Space weather guide Alexis Rose launches a new series tracking solar cycles, geomagnetic storms, and the bodily symptoms no one's telling you about.

Your Body Knows Before the Sun Hits: Inside the Resonance Report with Alexis RoseWatch the replay on humankind

What if the reason you couldn't get out of bed this week had nothing to do with your mindset—and everything to do with a massive hole on the surface of the sun?

That's the premise behind the Resonance Report, a new live-streamed series hosted by Alexis Rose, who describes herself as your "resident space weather expert." In the debut episode, Rose delivers something rarely seen on consciousness platforms: a grounded, science-informed briefing on solar cycles, geomagnetic storms, and coronal holes—woven together with the embodied experience of what it feels like to live inside a heliosphere.

Who Is Alexis Rose—and Why Does She Watch the Sun Every Day?

Rose doesn't arrive with a traditional meteorology degree. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and an education background, but her real training has been self-directed: years of daily solar observation, symptom tracking with clients, and what she calls "my own study and master's and doctorate" in space weather's effects on human biology.

"I started this work during the last solar minimum," she explains, referring to the low point at the end of solar cycle 24 in 2020. "After my degrees, I had to take it all on myself... to watch the space weather and report on it and help people with their health in that particular way."

Her approach is humble, curious, and unapologetically interdisciplinary. She tracks coronal mass ejections and geomagnetic storms not to fearmonger, but to prevent fear. "If someone's overcomplicating it for you, it's because they probably want you to be afraid of it, or seem superior to you in some way," she says. "It's truly a simple system."

Rose also practices psychic mediumship and runs the daily blog Ascension Diaries, blending space weather updates with global news, memes, shadow work, and messages from what she describes as "dead celebrities and other species on Earth." It's eccentric, yes—but it's also fiercely committed to making this information accessible.

What Actually Happened in This Resonance Report?

The event was part briefing, part teaching, part invitation. Rose walked viewers through the current space weather conditions: a minor G1/G2 geomagnetic storm, a lifting plasma filament, and two massive coronal holes on the sun's equator releasing fast solar wind.

"You may not have been easy to motivate these last few days," she said. "That's the main symptom—heaviness. These coronal holes create consistent pressure on Earth's magnetic field, and you're going to be feeling it."

She also oriented viewers to the 11-year solar cycle, explaining that we peaked in 2024 with explosive sunspot activity and are now descending into a quieter phase. By 2027–2028, she predicts, we'll hit another low—damper, colder, less charged—similar to what happened in 2020.

Rose explains how coronal holes and solar wind pressure affect mood and motivation

"The last low was 2020. I don't know if you guys remember 2020, but it was a pivotal time," she said, referencing both the coronavirus pandemic and the new coronal cycle on the sun. "Not a single mainstream media outlet ever discussed that the coronavirus was happening at the same time as solar cycle 25 and the new coronal cycle."

Rose doesn't make conspiratorial claims—she simply points to the pattern. Highs and lows in solar activity correlate with societal momentum, geopolitical shifts, crop cycles, even infrastructure stress. "We peaked in 2024. Think about what you were doing late 2024. What was your life like?"

What Does Space Weather Actually Feel Like—And What Can You Do About It?

Rose's teaching style is embodied and practical. She doesn't just explain the science—she names the symptoms. Heaviness during coronal hole streams. Bone and muscle density loss during radiation peaks. Teeth breaking down. Grip strength weakening from holding devices.

"How you're feeling right now is the best indicator of how you respond to geomagnetic storms and heightened solar wind pressure," she told viewers during the live stream.

Her advice for the descending solar cycle? Rebuild. Get bioavailable calcium. Try grip-strengthening exercises (she even mentioned the trend of fidget toys as accidental preparation). Track your symptoms. Learn your blood type and ancestral diet. Get into the best shape of your life—not for vanity, but for resilience.

"This is literally your time to try a variety of exercising, fun outdoor activity things," she said. "There's going to be less storms, less hurricanes, less earthquakes, less volcanoes. If you want to visit a volcano, the next couple of years might be your safest option."

Rose emphasizes fortification and resilience as the solar cycle shifts into a quieter phase

She also shared resources: spaceweatherlive.com, NASA and NOAA satellite imaging, aurora alert apps. "Get the news for yourself," she urged. "Be able to interpret it for yourself instead of getting it from mainstream news stories that are going to just take the most extreme moments and put those out as unexplained headlines."

Rose closed with a vision: that space weather becomes part of daily life, the way terrestrial weather already is. "Before we even start our day, what is the sun's conditions? What are we going to be living under?" She believes the absence of this knowledge leaves people vulnerable—to misinformation, to fear, to unnecessary suffering.

"The space weather headlines and the misinformation, that's over," she said. "And for the most part, it didn't work, but I did see that there was a whole generation of people who had yet to get engaged with what the Aurora Borealis even is."

You can watch the full Resonance Report here, and follow Alexis Rose's daily space weather updates on Ascension Diaries across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube. If you've been feeling heavy, unmotivated, or just off—this might be the missing context. And if you're curious what the sun has in store for 2027, Rose will be tracking it every step of the way.

"I can't wait to see what this is going to kick up," she said. "Thank you again so much. I will see you on the next one."
