Milano describes receiving telepathic contact from two Space Force operators who go by the call signs ZeroDark30 and Moonshine. They communicate from what she identifies as Lunar Operations Command on the far side of the Moon, using "a scalar brainwave interface" that projects directly into her consciousness. "Humans have already colonized Mars, they've colonized this planetoid series, there have already been bases on the Moon for decades."

As for official disclosure of these programs? Milano is skeptical. "What is our government supposed to do? Say, oh, yeah, well, extraterrestrials exist. Not only that, we've been... allowing them to abduct people, put them in clone bodies... How much would that make people psychotic?"

"When we anchored our positive timeline, I mean, it really, really got anchored over this last summer... we're on it, we're done, you know, we've won." "People are going to start to resonate in this much higher... fifth density frequency," Milano concludes. "And there's no stopping that."
