Can Space Weather Explain Your Week? Sedona's Alexis Rose Decodes Solar Flares, Geomagnetic Storms, and Spirit Messages
Alexis Rose tracks solar flares, Schumann resonances, and Indigenous star knowledge in her weekly Resonance Report—teaching viewers to read the sun like weather.
What if the heaviness you felt last week wasn't just in your head—but written in the sun?
Alexis Rose believes it was. In her weekly Resonance Report, the Sedona-based space weather researcher and psychic medium guides viewers through solar flares, geomagnetic storms, Schumann resonance spikes, and astrological retrogrades with the calm authority of someone who's spent years learning to read the cosmos like a weather map. She doesn't just report the data—she teaches you how to feel it, track it, and use it to understand your own energy.
"I have trained myself using biofeedback of these instruments tracking the sun to really know what I'm feeling and how I'm activating," Rose explains. "I do get activated during solar flares."

What Happened in Space Weather This Week—And Why It Matters
Rose opened this week's report with breaking news: filaments erupting off the sun's surface, heading toward Earth. "We haven't discussed this too much, but I've been teasing you about it the last few shows," she said, visibly excited to finally dive into the mechanics.
The week delivered what she called "seriously spicy space weather." October 8th and 10th stood out as the biggest days. On the 8th, an M6.8 solar flare erupted—the largest since August 25th—and Rose noticed something unusual: data from that flare appeared scrubbed from Space Weather Live's website. "It could have been a stronger flare than an M6.8," she speculated, noting patterns of what she interprets as protective censorship to avoid public panic during a massive education gap.
On the 10th, two coronal mass ejections "cannibalized each other"—the faster wave overtaking the slower one—and slammed into Earth as a combined G3-level geomagnetic storm, peaking at KP7. The result? Aurora borealis lit up the skies over Europe and Russia (North America missed the show due to daytime timing), and the Schumann resonance in Tomsk, Russia spiked to an amplitude of 82—an "extremely rare" reading Rose has only seen a handful of times in a decade of tracking.
"When that hour is hitting, you are so in the flow," she said. "You're in alpha. You're in the alpha state, and you're not checking your phone. You're busy doing something productive or creative."

Who Is Alexis Rose—And How Does She Hold the Room?
Rose doesn't perform. She teaches. Her delivery is part science educator, part embodied mystic—someone who's clearly spent thousands of hours alone with data, dreams, and her own nervous system's response to solar radiation. She speaks in loops and asides, following the thread of her own activated mind, yet always circles back to make sure you understand the essentials.

She's unafraid to admit the gaps. "Astrologers, God love them, they all focus and tend to want to talk about different aspects of the astrology picture," she said. "It's very hard to talk about the whole picture." She asks viewers to help her improve the astrological section of the show, to send corrections and additions. It's collaborative science, civilian science—the kind that trusts the audience to be co-researchers.
Rose is a self-described "galactic ambassador" and psychic medium who channels spirit messages alongside space weather updates. She's been visited by spirits of elders, musicians, and historical figures—sometimes during solar flare activity, when "the veil thins." This week, she honored the late Clifford Mahooty, a Zuni Pueblo elder and ET disclosure figure, on Indigenous Peoples' Day. His spirit brought a message about the "Ra beings"—ancient supernatural intelligences who've watched over Earth since creation and hold authority the "dark force" can never subvert.
"They know that the dark force has attempted to try and control the planet but cannot," Rose said, relaying Mahooty's teaching. "There have always been this spirit of creator here, as well as the watchers or the angels."
How Do You Actually Use This Information?
Rose doesn't want passive viewers. She wants practitioners. At the end of every show, she asks three questions:
- Did you go out into the sun and talk to it this week?
- Did you engage in any space weather tools—like asking your AI bot to check solar activity?
- Did you write down your dreams during the big episodes?
"Planetarily, we're having a major problem with genuinely people not actually having a relationship with their own solar body," she said. She recommends morning, noon, and night sungazing. She wants you to ask the sun what it is. She wants you to track your flow states against Schumann resonance spikes and notice when geomagnetic storms correlate with your creative breakthroughs or interpersonal friction.

She's excited that more people are using AI to create personalized space weather summaries. "I have been waiting years to see this," she said. "We can create this type of awareness and engage with it in our own ways instead of just plucking all of this sensor data off of these websites that are kind of janky and ugly."
Rose also weaves in astrology: five planets currently retrograde (Venus, Saturn, Pluto, Uranus, Neptune), with Pluto stationing direct on October 15th. "You're no longer going to be reviewing the themes of death, of rebirth, of your shadow, and of your shame," she said. The millennials—Pluto in Scorpio generation—are moving something forward. The sun is sextiling Jupiter, opening a window for optimism and win-win opportunities.
And for earthquake and storm watchers: Peru had unexpected seismic activity this week. Hurricane Milton hit Florida. Nepal and Kashmir saw flooding. The Earth, Rose says, vents pressure through volcanoes, fault lines, and storms when solar wind pushes hard on the magnetosphere.
Next up: October 13th. A coronal hole is locking in, sending more solar wind. Another aurora borealis storm is possible. Rose will be watching. And if you've started tracking your own patterns, so will you.
