When consciousness pioneer Michelle Phillips sits down for a conversation, you never quite know where spirit will take you. What Does It Mean to Be Born Conscious?

Michelle Phillips didn't choose her gifts—she arrived with them. "When she was a child, she had the intuitive skills and being able to see things that she thought everybody saw," Kathleen explains, "because when you're five years old, that's what you think, that other people are like you."

But Michelle's journey as what Kathleen calls a "consciousness pioneer" meant breaking ground where ground needed to be broken. Decades before codes and frequencies became mainstream spiritual concepts, Michelle was channeling them. Before DNA activation was widely discussed, she was clearing ancestral patterns from the cellular level.

The work didn't come from books—Michelle is dyslexic and rarely reads. "My connection was with spirit, absolutely," she shares. "I always knew that God was my real, as a child, my mommy and daddy. I used to lay in bed at night and cry like, mommy, daddy, let me come home."

That direct connection to Source became her teacher through multiple near-death experiences, each one expanding her capacity to serve. As she describes it: "Jesus is my main man, not through a church or religion, he's just always been with me from a very young age, and he's taught me my work, step by step."

How Do You Heal Cancer by Clearing Your Parents' DNA?

One of the most stunning moments in the full conversation comes when Michelle recounts her own healing from cancer—a story that reveals the depth of ancestral patterning we all carry.

Living in Hawaii and just beginning her tour work in Sweden, Michelle was told her cancer had spread. "I felt this fear, this death fear, and I thought, wait a minute, I don't think like this, I don't feel like this, and I knew that I had matched and merged with the death of cancer, the fear of cancer."

Intuitively, she began looking at who in her life had similar health issues. The answer: her father. "I thought, okay, I'm going to go into his DNA," she explains. "I was blown away. I could absolutely experience that my system was my father's pattern, that I was playing out his agreements or whatever he'd gone through here."

She performed soul retrieval on the aspects of herself stuck in her father's ancestral DNA, then did the same with her mother's lineage. The result? "I had two biopsies that said I had cancer, and I went in for cancer surgery... when I went in for cancer surgery, not a trace of cancer was found."

The lesson extends beyond her personal healing. Michelle shares the story of a Polish woman whose parents fought constantly, carrying the trauma of World War II. "She started going into the DNA every single day, totally shifted their consciousness. She cleared it out of her, it started clearing it out of them. So then they ended up like on a honeymoon, and they're still on the honeymoon."

As Michelle puts it simply: "We are carrying our parents, our ancestors' programming. We become an extension of it."

What Happens in the Review Room?

The conversation takes an extraordinary turn when Michelle describes a recent near-death experience while traveling back from Europe, sick with a virus. At the airport, going through security, she suddenly found herself multidimensional—both in her physical body and in what she calls "the review room" in higher dimensions.

"I'm there, and I'm like, oh, my God, I got to be on the earth," she recalls, her voice full of wonder. "And I could feel the excitement of what I had gone through down here. And then I'm like, oh, my God, I got to birth three amazing children... it wasn't about their journey or what they'd gone through or who they were or weren't. It was just the gift of these amazing souls that came through me."

Everything she reviewed—being the first woman supervisor in the lumber industry, managing a bar, moving to Hawaii, making a difference in people's lives—came with pure excitement and zero judgment. "There was no emotion, like you said, there's no judgment. It was like just the excitement of being able to be on the earth plane. And what I got to go through here."

In that space between worlds, she was given a choice: "Am I going to live? They said, what do you want to do, Michelle?" She chose to stay, wanting to "be a part of" the "amazing awakening that's happening on the earth now."

The experience mirrors a conversation her own son Frank had with her before he passed eight years ago, when he spontaneously reviewed his life with gratitude. And it echoes the message that came through from Jamie, Kathleen's nephew, at the beginning of this very session: "Live your life to the fullest here, because you don't know when you're not going to have it... be present, be in the moment with people."

Michelle's work encompasses shadow clearing, entity removal, past-life regression, and DNA activation—all facilitated by what she calls "the whole team" of spiritual helpers. Her five books, including When the Creator Speaks (channeled in 2004), serve as DNA activators themselves.
