What If You're Already 12-Dimensional? Adria Estribou's Starborn Activation

"We have not been playing in the shallows today, and this will continue. We're going deep, we're going high, because we're ready."

With these opening words, Adria Estribou set the tone for a transmission that would challenge everything we think we know about being human. The Starborn Activation wasn't about aspiring to become galactic—it was about remembering we already are.

What Happens When Angels Tell You You're Not Small?

Estribou describes herself as a conscious channel, which means she doesn't go into trance. Instead, she toggles between her own voice and the beings who speak through her—"like a musician with an accordion and a harmonica and a foot stomper." For this activation, the primary voices were Angels Ariel and Raphael, beings she's channeled publicly since 2018, along with newer guides called the Isida, "mothers of the Zoroastrians."

But the real protagonist of this event? You. The human in the room, watching the screen, carrying more than you've been told.

"One of the most powerful lessons I've learned from angels," Estribou shared, "is how powerful we are as humans, and how beautiful we are as humans. Every human is galactic." The angelic perspective cuts through spiritual hierarchy: "In whose interest was it to have us think we're a small, small human, a less than?"

Angel Raphael, speaking through Estribou, was direct: "Humankind, for the angelic, is the height, because it is the synthesis of the new... Within the human, there are these inactive, in most cases, galactic streams of DNA. So it's time to choose... to turn those on, please."

What Are the 12 Strands of Galactic DNA?

The concept arrived unexpectedly for Estribou herself. She'd been channeling for years when the angels announced a transmission on "your interdimensional wish field"—which turned into six months of downloads about 12 distinct galactic species encoded in human DNA. She had two months to turn it into a book, Activate Your Galactic 12-Strand DNA, with links to audio activations.

The 12 include familiar names—Pleiadian, Lyran, Sirian—and surprising ones: Dragon, Giant (also known as Yeti), Reptilian, Angelic, and Zoroastrian among them. "It's not that you were ever a Lyran or you were ever a Sirian as your soul embodied in one of your adventures," Raphael explained. "You have within you that light... you begin to be able to perceive: how would a Lyran see this? How would a Sirian hear this?"

Estribou shared everyday examples of working with these aspects. Walking across slippery rocks in Oak Creek, she asked which dimension could help—and immediately felt Dragon, bringing heaviness to her feet and sure footing. Planting in her garden, she learned from Giant consciousness, stamping the earth like a drum to know where seeds want to go. Even calling a credit card company, she discovered Reptilian energy knew how to "play that game" of bureaucratic navigation in ways her usual personality didn't.

"It's not about light versus dark," she emphasized. "Maybe we don't want reptilian to be running the show most of the time, but I would just ask you to consider, it's helpful to sometimes have a tough skin."

Can You Really Just Choose Your Reality?

Midway through the event, the energy shifted. Light language poured through—the Isida speaking in rhythmic syllables punctuated by "ukkutsutsu" and "akikutsutsu," which Estribou simultaneously translated with messages both playful and profound.

"So heavy when you think about all the dimensionality. So much war, so much fear, so much violence," the Isida acknowledged. "Yes, you inherited that, but also new world reset. Stop playing the old game. Right now, just stop... If you're not in the game, that's not going to play without you."

Their teaching was disarmingly simple: "Which reality do you want? Not which one do you value? Did you earn? Were you born into? Which one is destiny for me? Which one do I deserve? It's so heavy, so heavy, so heavy. Just choose one. And when you don't like it anymore, choose a different one."

Estribou described the angelic practice as two steps: "What do I want?" followed by "Do I still want it?" when it arrives. She's built the muscle through small things—parking spots at Whole Foods, the right color bath mat appearing in stores. "The world is neutral. It's going to do what you tell it," she explained. "As soon as you catch yourself worrying... it's not about, oh no, I did it wrong. It's: oh, what do I want, though?"

From the angelic perspective, Raphael clarified, Earth is no longer primarily a learning planet. "Fifth dimensional or multi-dimensional Earth... it's about exploration. That can feel to you like passion, like adventure... It's not so much about the challenge of learning through: I fell down, I got up, I fell down, I got up."

The Isida were even more emphatic: "Having an easy life. A joy-filled life. A light-filled life. It's not a shortcut. It's a trailblazer... Just don't do the fear-violence-war machine. Choose anything else."

One participant asked about free will and angels—wasn't that God's domain? Raphael responded that angels are essentially warriors for human sovereignty: "Divinity, from an angelic perspective, needs to be able to create, expand, express freely. When you enchain or enslave the free unfoldment of the divine, there's something wrong in the universe." Angels, the transmission suggested, are ready to move beyond their role as defenders once humanity fully claims its freedom.

Estribou closed with characteristic humility, calling herself "the worst marketer in the world" for admitting: "You absolutely don't have to read any books to just be a 12-dimensional human. To be free, you're already that. So just enjoy your freedom."
