YOU, UNLIMITED: Adria Estribou on Co-Creating with Angels, Galactics, and Each Other

What if the universe is a mirror—and it's waiting for you to smile first?

That's the question Adria Estribou posed as she opened YOU, UNLIMITED, a live-streamed conversation with Angels Ariel and Raphael, Ascended Master Saint Germain, and Adama from the inner earth city of Telos. Broadcasting from Sedona with the Humankind network, Adria didn't just talk about co-creation—she modeled it in real time, weaving together angelic guidance, viewer questions, and her own evolving gifts as a conscious channel.

"We're in the habit of responding to the world instead of pushing first, pushing out our energy first," Adria explained, her voice warm and unguarded. "We're looking in the mirror and waiting for it to tell us what's next, what should we do next. But it comes from you."

Who Is Adria Estribou—and Who Shows Up With Her?

Adria Estribou is a conscious channel whose transparency about her own process is as compelling as the beings she brings through. She once lived in an ashram, weeping at the boundary between "spiritual" and "worldly" life. Now she sees it differently: "The very air here is divine. We are the whole thing, other people, the furniture, it's all God."

Her visual channeling gifts are newly emerging. "I can see who is here, as opposed to knowing they're there once they start speaking through me," she shared. Before the show began, she saw Angel Raphael, Saint Germain, Adama, and protective guides gathered around her. The room—physical and energetic—was full.

When Angel Raphael spoke through her, the shift was immediate but gentle. "In order to co-create with someone... you don't need to be on board with every single belief system with each other, that would be impossible," Raphael said. "If you can agree on the what and the vision, then you can each approach the energy of how or the receiving in your own ways without conflict."

Adria holds the space with humility and humor. She gave shout-outs to her artist mother, to a local Sedona crystal shop called Follow Your Heart (she wore hummingbird earrings from there), and laughed about a guide who communicates through 1980s TV theme songs. "I have a guide who speaks to me through songs," she said, mentioning The Greatest American Hero. "Believe it or not, I'm walking on air—it kept playing before the show. I don't know how it connects yet, but it does."

What Happened in the Room—and What Did the Angels Teach?

The theme was co-creation, and the teaching unfolded in layers. Adria began with the mirror metaphor, then moved to the practical: how do you co-create with someone in 3D consciousness when you're operating from 5D?

"Let's say it's a husband-wife partnership," she offered. "One says, 'I want to build a castle. Are you in?' And the other says, 'Yes, I'll start making plans, a budget.' Great. The fifth-dimensional person can say, 'I'm going to ask the angels and just wish for it.' Together, there'll be a mixed match—and it's not to say that all of us in fifth dimension are lazy and never do any work. It's just more fluid."

Angel Raphael expanded: "You're not looking for complete agreement on all of the how... But if you can agree on the what, we'd like to make a podcast together, we would like to uplift society in some way... then you can each approach the energy of how in your own ways without conflict."

One viewer asked about the relationship between angels and galactic beings. Adria laughed—this question had once blown her own concepts wide open. "Angels are galactic beings," she said. "In the book they channeled, Activate Your Galactic 12-Strand DNA, they define themselves as galactics. We all have that lineage in our energetic field."

Raphael clarified: "We are light beings. We don't take on the density of form in this plane... We do not ride spaceships. So if that is your definition of galactic being, then we are not galactic. We mostly reside in the planes of earth, we move through multi-dimensional planes of earth."

Another question landed: What's the most extraordinary miracle you've witnessed through angelic guidance?

Adria paused, nearly in tears. "The biggest miracle they have shown me is that we can shape energy and we can create what we want in this life. They've shifted my perception so much... how beautiful humans are is the miracle that angels have shown me. Our ability to be compassionate, to have the hearts that we do—many galactic beings are very technological, cerebral. They may be able to heal us like that, but they may not be able to have the heart understanding that we do."

What About Co-Creating With Kids—and With Beings Beyond the Veil?

Adria doesn't have children herself, but she opened the topic intentionally. "I have friends with kids who are very young toddlers who are blowing our minds with their quantum thinking," she said.

Raphael's guidance was striking: "You may want to let your children lead the co-creations more often. Especially if it challenges you, especially if it feels like that's too big, too fast, what they're asking for. What if you agreed that that's something you would like as well?"

The angel continued: "You can be honest that you don't know how. Most co-creation, fifth, seventh, eleventh dimension is not about knowing how in advance, because you are literally—the tangents of different universal threads are coming together to create in that moment in response to your request."

Adria also spoke about co-creating with galactic beings, mentioning her collaboration with sound healer Sonic (present in the studio). Together they offer Cosmic Remembrance sessions with gongs, crystal bowls, and light language. "A lot of galactic energies come in," she said. An upcoming September 12 conference in Sedona titled You Are Galactic: Activate Your DNA Now will feature a "galactivation" sound journey.

She reminded viewers: "Sometimes when we are wishing for a particular kind of new community or societal upliftment... it doesn't come in the same day or within 48 hours. And that's because in the compassion of when they're ready, and the synergy and the synchronicity of finding each other... you find each other. The angels are networked to each other. If I have a wish to clear up ocean pollution, and so does someone else in Botswana, our angels might find a way for us to find out about each other."

Her final words were simple and moving: "There is this beautiful field of awareness around you that involves or includes other conscious beings. They don't have to all be talking or guiding you all the time. And they're there all of the time, ready for you."
