Zoe Davenport Guides Participants Through Rainbow Ray Activation to Ground the Multidimensional Self

Before Zoe Davenport began her transmission, she paused to invoke "the angels of connectivity"—a playful acknowledgment that when we attune to higher frequencies, technology doesn't always keep up. It was a moment of disarming humanity that set the tone for everything that followed.

"I just wanna remind us of the humanness of us," she said, her voice settling into a rhythm of quiet authority. "We don't always have to—we never have to be perfect, actually. It's not even about being perfect ever. It's about meeting self, where self is at, and being okay with that."

What happens when we try to leave the body behind?

Zoe has worked with thousands of clients over 15 years, and she hears the same refrain again and again: "I just want to go back to my star planet. I'm not happy in my body. Teach me how to be more intuitive." Her answer is always the same.

"When we are discarding the third dimensional reality of our experience," she explained, "that is part of our multidimensional reality—to understand this physicality, to understand duality, to understand the polarity... to have stability in one dimension. So that once we build that grounding and that foundation, that is what opens up that heart channel."

She described how so many seekers end up leaving the physical body to access higher experiences—and then feel the yo-yo effect when they return. The body feels dense, heavy, less magical. But that contrast, she said, is not a failure. It's a reminder. The potential we touch in expanded states is meant to be embodied here, in the sacred physical vessel.

Her prescription for clunky energy or intrusive thoughts? Movement. Dance. Song. Prayer. "I put on my favorite music and I allow my whole body to dance and express, not to try to look cool or worrying about what others think of me, but just allowing the full expansion... through movement."

What are the rainbow, crystalline, diamond, and plasma rays?

After grounding participants with breathwork and calling in guidance teams, ancestors, and multidimensional versions of self, Zoe began weaving the light frequencies that formed the heart of the transmission.

First came the rainbow rays: "Imagining in your mind's eye, beautiful, multicolored light energy radiating from your heart and into every single cell, all of your energy centers, and your 12 strands of DNA... this consciousness of wealth, this consciousness of abundance, this consciousness of receptivity, this consciousness of gratitude, this consciousness of joy, this consciousness of harmony."

Then the crystalline and diamond rays—frequencies she described as celestial blues, purples, or diamond light. "Allowing this diamond energy to cut through your reality with crystal clear precision... what is for you is known, and what is no longer serving to be dissolved out of the field."

Finally, the plasma rays—"the building blocks of physical reality, multidimensionality"—for clear communication and connection with multidimensional versions of self. "So that you can have the communications with all the beings of you that are here to guide you, to anchor you into that divine light of truth, to embody you into neutrality in this third dimensional plane of existence."

The room—virtual and energetic—grew still. Zoe invited participants to tune their "radio frequency" and open to receive transmissions: messages, colors, prayers, blessings, a single word or a whole book.

How does the Wi-Fi crash when the transmission peaks?

Near the end of the guided portion, the video froze. The internet connection dropped entirely. Zoe returned with a grin: "I think that our transmission of light actually broke the internet, so thank you angels of clear transmission."

Michelle, co-hosting, said what many were feeling: "What a testament to frequency. What a testament to vibration, what a testament to unified love and clearing and bringing in a new level of harmony within each of ourselves."

Zoe reminded everyone that these frequencies are not one-time tools. "You can do this every day. Even in moments when you're feeling a little disconnected or a bit kind of out of sorts, just imagining with your mind's eye calling in the rainbow rays, the plasma rays, the diamond rays, the crystalline rays to support you, to cleanse you, to purify your field."

She spoke plainly about what we're up against: "There is so much in this physical reality that is specifically designed for nervous system dysregulation, which is really hard when you're holding yourself in a higher state of consciousness. 'Cause it can knock you out really quickly." Working with these light frequencies, she said, allows you to stay grounded, connected, and present.

As the session closed, Zoe mentioned her upcoming five-week abundance course beginning on the autumn equinox—a journey into embodying abundance not as something to chase, but as a state of awareness and receptivity. Neil, her partner and co-host, called her "a testament to abundance," noting how she moves through transitions with grace, tapping into flow even in the most challenging seasons.
