What happened next defied his expectations. "It was like a whole army of beings started going, stepping in. There was three by three almost, or four by four sometimes, of men just going into the stone... And then, one goddess flew out and then just came back and hovered and then just went. Another one actually walked, stepping out of the stone."

The experience didn't end there. "I just saw this beam of light just go straight down into the stone, and it was like just covered a whole area and then just teleported everyone out of that realm. I was like, 'What? WTF? What's going on here?'" Those goddesses later returned to thank him, as beings consistently do after successful missions.

What Makes the Heart the Key to Everything?

Throughout the conversation, both Sean and Raphael emphasize one practice above all others: opening the heart. "Something you taught me is about opening up the heart," Raphael explains. "The more you can open that heart, like a muscle that gets stronger and stronger... your heart is like that muscle. And the more you can exercise it and open it up, the love just pours through, and then you're able to connect."

This heart-centered approach allows practitioners to enter even the darkest places without fear. "You go into the darkest place, like going into the night or into a dark place where there's just no light at all. But you go in there with a completely open heart, and you become one with the night, one with the darkness... and there is no fear whatsoever. There is just this love."

The technique Raphael describes—called the "love overwhelm"—involves finding music that opens your heart (for him, it's crop circle videos with instrumental music), then allowing that frequency to pour through you like a tornado of energy. This can be directed to heal locations, change timelines, or transform dark beings back to their original state before they "went dark."

"Having the ability to go and change that... it's just blown me," Raphael says.

One mountain assignment required Raphael to complete three energy missions, including traveling back in time to save unicorns from being devoured. Despite being physically depleted from a three-day fast, he witnessed the results: "I literally saw these unicorns coming out of the mountain, in a row, not in a row, but they were all walking out like as a herd."

The work extends across the UK's landscape of hill forts, stone circles, mounds, and waterfalls—each a doorway to other realms. Sean explains these locations often hold "different beings, fae, fairies, fates, the Tuatha Dé Danann, elves, beings, giants... goddesses and gods will show up, different pantheons."

What's remarkable is Raphael's insistence that anyone can develop these abilities. "A few years back, I would've looked at who I am now and go, 'Oh, man, that's incredible. I can't believe you're going through that.' You're all the same. You are no different," he emphasizes. The key is following what brings joy, opening the heart, and persisting through challenges.
