The Up Vibe: Nicolette Morgan on Creatorship, Channeling & the Softness That Opens Us
Channel and teacher Nicolette Morgan shares her journey from near-death experience to teaching creatorship—and why softness, not force, is the key to awakening.
What if the key to your awakening isn't pushing harder—but softening deeper?
In the latest episode of The Up Vibe with Aurora Luna Star, channel and creatorship teacher Nicolette Morgan shares a journey that moves from near-death to profound rebirth, from overwhelming psychic opening to grounded embodiment. And at the heart of it all? The radical power of softness.
"When we can stay soft, the softness," Nicolette says, her voice carrying the frequency she teaches. "I have recognized that the most potent and powerful portal to remembrance is actually just through the softness."

What Happens When a Near-Death Experience Cracks You Wide Open?
Nicolette didn't come to her gifts through a weekend workshop. In 2019, a catastrophic accident broke all the bones on the left side of her leg and hip, requiring eight blood transfusions and leaving her unable to walk for years. But the physical trauma was only the beginning.
"All of a sudden, there wasn't one conversation with God," she shares. "All of a sudden, there was all these different energies, different voices, different frequencies." She found herself experiencing life in other dimensions constantly, so open she describes it as disabling.
Her path back to groundedness came through an unexpected teacher: trees. Living on the Big Island, Nicolette would sit beneath different trees, letting them guide her to focus her energy and "live in a way where I could thrive again and didn't feel victim to these sensitivities."
The conversation between Nicolette and Aurora—who calls her a "dear personal sister"—reveals the intimacy possible when two practitioners speak from lived experience rather than theory. Aurora shares how her first session with Nicolette "shifted my perception, my understanding, my belief" in real time during a challenging moment.
Why Is Creatorship Different from Manifestation?
Nicolette's teaching centers on what she calls "creatorship"—a concept that goes far beyond vision boards and affirmations. As she explains it, creatorship is "the merging" of our connection with our god self and being "this true, conscious channel of who we really are, letting that lead the way."
This isn't about the ego's desires or grasping for outcomes. "There is no guarantee," she emphasizes, "but you do it because it's who you are, because this is what is being asked of you."

A key element of Nicolette's work involves the womb space—not just for women, but for all humans. She guides both men and women into connection with this "creation portal," teaching them to communicate with the consciousness of what wants to be birthed through them.
"You're not here to just hold it all on your own," she explains. "You are in an interconnection with everything, including this that is going to be birthed through you."
Aurora adds crucial context about releasing the conditioning that blocks our creative flow: "We've been told that we're original sin. We've been told that we're less than, and that we're not allowed to have pride in what we do or who we are." The work, both women agree, involves reclaiming pleasure, pride, and creative expression as pathways to the divine.

Is Channeling Safe—and Can Anyone Really Do It?
One of the most moving moments in the conversation comes when Nicolette describes her early channeling experiences. After connecting with her first guide—"a beautiful, feminine, warm mantis being"—she found herself unable to speak for months during channeling practice.
"Every time I would go to channel, I would just be sobbing because there's so much love and there's so much remembrance, and it's so deep," she recalls. "How can I possibly put this into words?"
Her teachers waited patiently while she cried through session after session. Eventually, the tears became words, and the words became the clear channel she embodies today.

Nicolette firmly rejects the idea that channeling is a special gift for the chosen few. "I am not special in these abilities or this access, and it is available to every person," she states. Her approach with students is beautifully simple: "We really just remind you that this is easy, that this is just who you are... and we're just throwing you right in."
About safety concerns, she's equally clear: "You are entering into the surrender to access a clarity of information beyond your ego, beyond your identity, but you always have control." She channels whatever energies are needed in the moment, moving in "neutrality of knowing that everything has a medicine for me."
Aurora likens the practice to going to the gym: "This is a spiritual muscle, so it's the same. We revisit this place and space of bringing our energy into a coherent state." Some days you'll have instant access; other days you won't—and that's part of the journey.
The conversation covers discernment in an age of information overload, the difference between conscious and trance channeling, working with different frequencies and beings, and why the "cracking open" feeling during channeling often brings tears.
Nicolette is hosting a free Creatorship Full Moon Ceremony on October 25th (7:30-9:00 PM ET) as a preview of her newly launching prerecorded Creatorship course. She emphasizes that participants should "come as you are"—whether in clarity or confusion, grief or joy.
As Aurora notes, Nicolette holds "a very mother energy space... the unconditional love, the divine feminine, the energy of softness, the energy that you can relax your central nervous system into."
