UPGRADE 101: How to Channel Your Divine Feminine Frequency with Leilani Cline
Kundalini teacher Leilani Cline guides viewers through live meditations and shares how to connect with goddess energies like Mary Magdalene, Isis, and Hecate.
In a world that runs on hustle, deadlines, and doing, how do you remember to simply be? That's the question at the heart of the latest UPGRADE 101 episode with Diane Leilani Cline, kundalini yoga teacher and retreat facilitator who has led 162 retreats over 14 years. Filmed live during a Sedona retreat, this episode isn't just a conversation about divine feminine energy—it's an experience of it.
"We're running our businesses, doing everything in the household, going from A to B. In American society, we can be in a very yang mode," Leilani says. "Just to even be able to take 50 minutes of time to listen about the yin energy and to determine for yourself what frequency, what ray of the divine feminine you might be relating to."

Which Goddess Is Calling You?
The episode opens with a simple but profound invitation: what if you could identify which divine feminine frequency you embody? Leilani introduces a spectrum of goddess energies—Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Lady Nada, Goddess Isis, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Madam Pele, and Hecate—each representing different qualities, from unconditional love to fierce transformation.
"We have all been it all," Leilani explains. "Maybe you align and embody with one of those, and then after a couple years, you're connecting with Saraswati or Madam Pele." She shares the story of a client who chanted to Madam Pele with her tea on the mainland and found herself on the Big Island within two weeks. "It's really unlimited."
Joining Leilani are two powerful women: Denise, who has supported 44 of Leilani's retreats over nearly 20 years, and Elizabeth, a Chicago-area healer who attended her first retreat just 10 months ago and is now leading meditation groups, offering Reiki, and channeling messages from Mary Magdalene.
Elizabeth's story is especially striking. In 2025, a shaman told her she was one of the 1,000 energetic incarnations of Mary Magdalene. "I said, 'Who is Mary Magdalene?'" she laughs. But that seed grew. After committing to daily meditation for 270+ days—even if just for 30 seconds—Elizabeth began receiving direct guidance. During the retreat, she shared a channeled message from Mary: "Raise your voice. Hear it vibrate. The power that you can speak freely in this time when I could not."
The message continues: "Living from a place of unconditional devotional love will raise up those around you... Lead with love. Use your beautiful voice. Trust in the process of life and all will be well."

How Do You Actually Practice This at Home?
Leilani doesn't just talk theory—she leads two full kundalini meditations during the episode, inviting viewers to participate in real time. The first is the Ma Meditation, a practice for protection, positivity, and divine connection. You cup one ear at a time and chant "Ma"—like a baby calling for the mother—while feeling your own voice vibrate through your body.
"It's really powerful to get in touch with your own voice," Leilani says. "Usually people say, 'I didn't like the sound of my voice,' but you're probably in your home alone. So we ask you to just be brave and have an experience with us."
The second meditation, Commanding the Glandular Center, activates the pituitary gland, balances hormones, and opens the third eye. It involves specific breathwork: inhaling, holding the breath, and pumping the navel in toward the spine at least 12 times. The practice is done in three postures, each targeting a different energetic center. "The navel is our power center. It gives power to the word," Leilani explains.
Elizabeth credits her daily practice—no matter how short—with opening the floodgates. "If I can lead from my heart for at least 51 percent of the day, it was a good day," she says. And the results? She's now facilitating sound healing, meditation groups, and Reiki sessions in Chicago, co-hosting goddess ceremonies, and bringing her mother along on the journey. "It's like my worlds are colliding in the most beautiful way," she beams.
Leilani, who grew up without a mother or sister, laughs at the irony of leading sisterhood groups. But the theme is clear: you don't have to be born into the divine feminine to become a vessel for it. You just have to be willing.
"All we have to do is ask," Leilani says. "And be in these different places—whether on the Big Island, Kauai, or Croatia—there are different activations available. It becomes unlimited."

And if this resonates, Leilani encourages you to share it: "Maybe someone doesn't watch it until six months from now, but maybe that's exactly when they need it."
The episode closes with a shared "Aum" and a bow of gratitude. Because in the end, being a ray of the divine feminine isn't about perfection. It's about permission—permission to be seen, to be heard, to be held. As the closing words remind us: "We're not waiting for a better world. We're building it. Together."
