YOU, UNLIMITED: Adria Estribou on Death, Rebirth & Finding Ganesh in the Forest

What does it feel like when a version of yourself dies—not from trauma or failure, but from completion? In the latest episode of YOU, UNLIMITED, channel and spiritual teacher Adria Estribou returns from three weeks in Mount Shasta profoundly changed, carrying both vulnerability and revelation. When Completion Feels Like Death—And Why That's Sacred

Adria's journey to Mount Shasta was meant to focus on channeling a book from Saint Germain. Instead, she found herself on what she playfully calls a "meditation crawl"—moving from rock to rock, guided by Adama (the high priest of Telos), facing wave after wave of symbolic death. "It was literally like sitting at the tombstone of my other life and just blessing it and saying, 'Okay, that was amazing, and thank you, and time to let go,'" she shares.

The physical symptoms were real enough that she questioned whether she was actually dying. But what emerged was something else entirely: "It's the first time when I really felt so consciously that I could die to a part of myself and know that was a good thing."

Angel Raphael, channeled through Adria, offers perspective: "When you have mastered a certain level of being... it becomes irrelevant to your journey. You are here embodied in this particular life expression for a somewhat limited amount of time. And so when you're ready to move, just move."

The angel uses the metaphor of college graduation—excited about completion, yet vulnerable about what's next. "You're not going to stay in college for all of your life just because you're so good at it," Adria notes. Sometimes growth means leaving behind the very things we've mastered.

What Does a Buried Ganesh Have to Do With New Beginnings?

After two and a half weeks of this death process, Adria finally received the intuition that the book would begin. Following subtle guidance through the forest—beings showing her where to walk—she was led just off the trail to an unexpected sight: a bleached-white Ganesh head and trunk lying on the forest floor.

"I hear, 'Take it,'" Adria recalls. "I'm like, 'What now? You want me to take this? I mean, obviously someone put it here for a reason.'" But she remembered seeing a small Ganesh statue in a shop days earlier and being told you should never buy one—it should be gifted. Here was her gift.

As she began to dig with her bare hands, she realized the statue was far larger than expected—a heavy, solid wood carving that had been there long enough for tree roots to grow around it. Watch the episode to see the photos of this remarkable discovery.
