YOU, UNLIMITED: Why Living in the Present Moment Changes Everything
Adria Estribou breaks down what 'present moment' really means—and why it's the gateway to fifth-dimensional living. With Angel Raphael.
What if the present moment isn't just a nice idea from meditation teachers—but an actual doorway to a completely different way of being human?
In the latest episode of YOU, UNLIMITED, host Adria Estribou goes deep on what it really means to live in the present moment, and why this teaching has become so visceral and non-negotiable in her life. With channeled guidance from Angel Raphael, this episode offers a raw, lived-experience perspective on fifth-dimensional consciousness.
"Life is in the present moment," Adria begins. "I've been feeling this so acutely this week."

What Does Present Moment Actually Mean Beyond the Cliché?
Adria admits she used to think "being present" simply meant not dwelling on the past or rehearsing future conversations in her head. But as she's stripped away old patterns and density, something far more radical has emerged.
"There's really nothing to hang on to. There's no handrails. There's no seatbelt," she says. "I don't have that kind of life anymore. And the more I embrace it, the happier, the more magical I feel."
This isn't coming from someone who never learned to plan. Adria describes her former self as highly effective—running large events with high-profile guests, donors, volunteers, catering, the works. "I really thrived in that environment of over-planning," she says. She got her sense of value from pulling off complex logistical feats.
But now? "I'm pretty much a loser in 3D these days, I've got to be honest, and I don't care. I'm so happy. I'm so much happier than I've ever been."
Angel Raphael comes through with clarity on why this matters: "When you pretend that you are in the past or the future... you have disempowered yourself because in that so-called future and so-called past, you have disempowered yourself to take action, to receive, to feel, and adjust."
In the present moment, Raphael explains, you're at the hub of your soul's mission. You have agency. You can widen yourself to receive. "This moment is where the magic happens."

How Do You Actually Live This Way?
One of the most relatable parts of this episode is Adria's honest account of breaking up with to-do lists. She realized they were emotionally violent—always leaving her with awareness of the 27 things she didn't get done, rather than celebrating what she accomplished.
"At the end of the night, I would have this awareness of the 27 other things that I didn't get done, and so it was always this sense of, I'm not good enough. I didn't make it yet. There's more to do," she says. "I was doing this to myself constantly."
Now, she doesn't plan her day into blocks of time. When she wakes up in the morning, she tunes into the energy available. "Sometimes the energy is towards rest and recalibration... and sometimes it is three-dimensional sort of tasks." But she doesn't force it. She follows what's alive in the moment.
Even mundane decisions become immediate and synchronous. Driving to the studio, her tire pressure light came on—two blocks from the tire shop. "How easy is it to stop and text and say, 'I'll be seven minutes late'?" The invitation is simple: address what's in front of you now, rather than adding it to a list that weighs you down later.
Can You Still Make Plans in Fifth Dimension?
This is where it gets practical. Adria still shows up consistently for her Friday live show. She still makes plans. But the quality of her relationship to time has completely changed.
"I know now when I wake up in the morning, I may very well be in the mood to do my taxes," she laughs. "Not often, but that mood does strike. And I take advantage of it when it comes."

When asked about coordinating with people who still operate in 3D structures, Adria offers grounded advice: start with the vision. Agree on what you want to create together. Then, "maybe a little bit you do it your way, I'll do it my way."
Angel Raphael offers a shortcut: "If someone invites you to next Friday, 3:00 PM, can you arrive for this meeting? You can ask yourself right now, 'Can I? How does that feel?' And you'll get a clear answer."
The episode also touches on something many are feeling acutely: the separation between those living in 3D and those stepping into 5D. "Friends drift apart naturally. Work colleagues drift apart naturally, and this may be the reason," Raphael says. "It's not anyone to blame for it."
Adria closes with a powerful reframe on the concept of retirement—that distant promise of freedom most people place at age 60, 70, or beyond. "What if you had freedom of time right now?" she asks.
This isn't about quitting your job or abandoning responsibility. It's about presence. It's about noticing when you're operating from an old belief that your value comes from how many hours you work, rather than how alive and responsive you are in each moment.
"I promise you, it's so worth it to show up and be present," Adria says, her voice steady with knowing.
